Are you sure it's only 500. It seemed like a lot more.

However many dark levels there were in Dante’s Inferno, thank you Ron for journaling through 500 downward steps. Get yourself a long bath. And a longer drink. Thx

Normally I read and enjoy your columns. They are one of my best sources of news. I know you must have put a lot of work into this one. But I struggled through events of 2025 and really don't want to relive them again. However, my 2025 year struggle shouldn't detract from your work. It is always well researched and full of great information. Hoping for a better 2026.

Reading this list is akin to getting gut punched over and over again. The ones I had forgotten about—reliving the anger, the ones that are still fresh, and the ones I may have missed (the signs bearing Biden’s name changed to trump’s, the work Tom Hanks did for the WW2 museum, the funding removed from the Disabilities Education Act, some of the pardons), but the anger and audacity is really hard to process.

I almost wish that Ron could put some notes next to the ones that legally should be grounds for impeachment, removal, emolument violations, conflict of interest, etc. as a former prosecutor. Then I would like to see every one of these bullet points played over and over and over again on tv commercial breaks, billboards, SOMEPLACE where it makes everyone sick to their stomachs, not just the non-trump supporters. Even the MAGA's pay some taxes and should care about how the US treasury is being grifted.

I am starting to worry WTF it IS going to take to remove this idiot and his cast of clowns with the abuses of law, spending, and oh GOD the pardons for all these people who are simply being pardoned because they can be an asset to trump and all those victims who get NOTHING!

These excellently crafted lists reinforces to me that we are gradually building up a tolerance to every fresh hell by being inundated routinely and there’s so much to unpack that it gets placed aside until we are reminded again. That’s why playing these over and over would make a powerful impression. Well done as usual, but I’m sure everyone’s moods are now in the crapper.

I certainly hope no student loan borrowers, green energy supporters, people who worry about government conflict of interests, (and criminals, evil sociopaths and treasonous pigs) and people who hate measles didn’t vote for Trump.

Wow, Ron, this is an incredible resource. Thanks for all your work on it. Let’s hope 2026 brings some advances in the protections for democracy and rule of law.

You must work 24/7 to keep up with all this shit, Ron. Imagine what he's doing behind the scenes. I fear that all of this is distraction.
