Unfortunately, Miller and Vought are smarter, but they are subject to laws that the felon isn’t because of the SCOTUS immunity decision. I know the felon can pardon them, but they have also broken state laws.
But, he's trying to change the law, because he wants to pardon that Tina woman in Colorado. Because her crime for which she got 11 years, was a state crime, he cannot pardon her until SCOTUS gives him that power, I guess. But this is something his regime is working on: for the president to be able to pardon state crimes as well. :(
