Whatever it takes to save Democracy should be the Democrat's goals!

Our last ditch effort. “The upshot is that Donald Trump remains constitutionally disqualified from the presidency and may not lawfully serve in that office or any other unless Congress removes the disqualification by two-thirds majorities of both houses. Nothing in Trump v. Anderson changes that legal reality.”

William Baude and Michael Paulsen, Harvard Law Review, Sweeping Section Three under the Rug: A Comment on Trump v. Anderson

Takes 20% of members of Congress to shift the burden to Trump.

How many "chances" have you blown off because you were too privileged to be affected? The question isn't "Where are the Dems?" It's "Where were YOU before 2016?"

This is wonderful. I have been so worried and anxious about how we will survive he-who-shall-not-be named second attempt to bend this country to his will.

God bless these attorneys general and the MeidasTouch.

Joanne, all through the holidays, there were the folks who loved to talk down about the Dems "giving up", starting to "fracture", "losing traction". I knew better, because I've been watching all these things quietly coming together, ready to unleash when the time is right. I'm grinning because it is beginning and there is more to come.

We the people are counting on all elected Democrats and others to do whatever is needed to maintain our Democracy. Thanks to those who are already prepared to take action and hopefully the other Dems will do their job too.
