Thank you for speaking truth to their lies!!! My little granddaughter is the same age as the missing girls ....my heart is broken! Thank you for not just looking the other way!!!!

Eowyn Dernhelme's avatar

My two g'daughter were on their way back from camp here in Washington State when this Texas story broke. We may be blue and they may be red, but it doesn't matter. My heart hurts.

Nobody gives a fucking rat;s ass about your fucking family, It is sad mk stupid and pathetic that you are so much of an idiot as to even mention in."Truth to their lies?"" Bullshit... You morons will repeat whatever you hear... You are a talking bird

Kenneth Boyle's avatar

Take your anger out on the cause, Donald Trump, not easy to be a cult member and be confronted by the truth or to admit that you have been completely suckered is it!!

Ed Garland's avatar

@Kenneth Boyle ... Right you are, Sir. Poor Puny Peter Pucker (aka Mr. Vomit) is a laughing stock and a nothing in the world of Dumpity Doo Doo.

He's confused, lost, hopeless, and a nobody. Not even his cult leader gives AF about his anger, rage, or (gasp!) his poverty of mind and soul. We know he's not bright enough to have anything of value in his life--or his pockets.

Just another stupid, deluded angry orange-loving good-for-nothing bumpkin. He'll be yelling louder than a stuck pig once TSHTF in his little world. Oh, well. He can just FAFO. LOL 😂

Laura_Solidarity✊🏻's avatar

Why are you subscribed to MeidasTouch if you don’t give a rats ass about what they have to say? Huh, troll? Russian spy troll MAGAt!

VEE LAVALLEE's avatar

Great Laura, kudos to you. I've noticed they are coming fast and furious in the past few weeks. It just means that even Trump lovers are rejecting him. It's great to be alive in this moment! ('-')

Leah Baum's avatar

I reported that bot for hate speech.

Pat Duran's avatar

peter tucker is a foul-mouthed racist troll. Do not engage

Barb O's avatar

If we ignore him, he will get bored. Soon, everyone will know. I wonder who's paying him to be here.

VEE LAVALLEE's avatar

I'll give you 3 guesses and the first 2 don't count! They are becoming furious that Trump is losing popularity even I sense, from his base!

Ed Garland's avatar

@ Vee Lavalle ... You're right I do suspect. And, to think I thought he might be in a snit because he can't find his signature DJT adult diapers!!!

VEE LAVALLEE's avatar

Christ almighty! Why did you have to put THAT image in my head! LOL

Leah Baum's avatar

I report him every time he makes a hateful comment.

E.C.'s avatar

I just did, also.

Ed Garland's avatar

Agree. Laughing at him may speed things up. Great post! 🥇

Robin D's avatar

I have him blocked under at least 15 permutations. I just blocked this one he is Peter, peter, peter tucker, in caps without. All different email addresses. He always lists pizzaman, or pizza and beer in his bio. He is a racist troll. He definitely has it in for MTN. He will keep re-registering. Just keep blocking him.

Ingrid Doerksen's avatar

I love that he has to pay to comment here 😂

Ed Garland's avatar

He's likely a free subscriber. No worries, though. If he likes being dressed down and laughed at he's as welcome as any other Dumpty Doo Doo troll! They don't typically last long after one (or more) encounters with one of the Meidas Mighty. Let 'r rip!

Ed Garland's avatar

Laughing at him is fun, too. Though he does seem to keep trying to reinvent himself, the poor SOB. 🤡

VEE LAVALLEE's avatar

I also think that before you even reply or follow you should check their profile. Some of them are not bots. The real live trump lovers show who they are in their follows in the profile. Do not engage. Just block right away. If you're uncertain because their msg seems a bit off, also block right away. Another giveaway is that they claim to be a retired vet. Some show a soldier giving candy to children in some far off land. Be aware. Also there are women who pretend to be your friend. Be careful.

I have either hide or report his comments. He seems unduly angry with the wrong people.

Ed Garland's avatar

He's mentally, morally, and figuratively bankrupt. Useless to the Frumpty Show, can't play golf, and upset because he's never invited to join the janitorial team at Fats-A-Lardo! 🤣We encourage him to keep submitting an application. Who knows? He may get an offer to hand wash item(s) on the official diaper detail!!!

Barb O's avatar

I report each and every time. The scam changes to something else stupid and the screen name changes. You can report by clicking on the three dots on the right side of the post.

Kamm's avatar

I report every time too. But it sure gets to be a pain seeing this troll every day commenting the same BS on every post.

Timothy Richley's avatar

Last time I attempted to report the spammer the Substack authorities refused to accept it so I stopped trying

Ed Garland's avatar

We just Block once we're done playing with him. It's fun to see him keep popping up with the SOSDD. Reporting? Nah ... they refuse after so many attempts. Better to just toss a couple insults in his mug followed with a Block. Satisfaction!

Kamm's avatar

Unbelievable! At least you tried.

Leah Baum's avatar

I reported the Russian maggot and blocked.

PeachBlossom's avatar

I keep reporting these spam posts each time I see them. However, I suspect they're bots, so they just keep coming.

Robin D's avatar

Don’t answer them. They are probably bots. They rejoin as fast as they are reported. If you can’t report, then block. They are on many different boards I go to. Diff letters.

VEE LAVALLEE's avatar

I AGREE DON'T RESPOND! THIS IS COMING ALL THE TIME BECAUSE TRUMP IS FEELING THE PAIN! Keep up the good noise!

Ed Garland's avatar

Jean Conley's avatar

I'm tempted to (reply) type the "Seven words you can never say on television" by George Carlin (I don't remember exactly HOW he said that part!) in a reply to this idiot. They're inappropriate to type out here but for those of you who remember them (and even those of you who don't), they certainly apply to Imn and his inappropriate garbage ad. Maybe some people are responding which is why he/she keeps doing it?

Robin D's avatar

Don’t waste a minute of your precious life Jean. They are bots. They swarm these prodemocracy boards. If you can report as spam, pls do so. Then go into their profiles block from there. I must have blocked more than 10 of them today on different boards. I can’t block from my kindle fire but I can from the web on my PC or the app on my ipad.

Ed Garland's avatar

Some, like yours truly, do respond when I feel like it. Other times? Blocked and forgotten until they show up again. No to worry, though. They're trolls. They accomplish nothing on this front.

Robin D's avatar

Except this is the very reason there are substacks where you must be a paid member to comment. Who wants to see this on every board that allows free subscribers? They will ruin it for those who can't pay and want to be a part if creators lock the comments. . If you answer, do you ever go look at their bios and their "reads".before you block? Even the brainfog-ozempic-whatever spam leads to one "read". The pizza troll had over 500 subs on one acct. But they do accomplish something when people get upset and answer, so you answering gets them exactly what they want Ed. Attention.

Ed Garland's avatar

Your consternation is your misfortune. As an unsolicited “response cop” you appear to be vested in how trolls are responded to. So, WIIFY?

It’s obvious you haven’t read far enough in the comments. Had you availed yourself of said opportunity to be informed, you may have come across my comments relative to attention-seeking. Are you suffering from the same condition? 🤔

“He cannot answer you because he doesn't know. He's just lost, dazed and confused--wanting desperately to belong to someone or something and dying for attention he never got on the home front. Well, if he likes getting the **** beat out of him he's in the right place.”

Thank you for calling out the regime again! It obviously couldn't care less who lives or dies, but as long as the oligarchy has its wealth and power, everything is peachy, right?! Please tell me the GROSS negligence and incompetence of this regime will ultimately lead to its downfall!

Ed Garland's avatar

Agree. Apparently, it's coming to it's eventual end as we speak. The infighting is poking holes in their plans constantly. They're fearful of Dumpty and now of the constituents they have to face on the home front. The orange pumpkin is a dummy who sows confusion and destruction (John 10:10), and the Book tells us how the story ends.

But it’s not and it’s only going to get worse with this clueless regime. Hurricane season is upon us and tornadoes are always around, especially in the Midwest with earthquakes and wildfires out West. To the powers that be they’re just culling the ‘herd’, same as in Covid. They’re immoral mutants!

Yeah because he is black and his racist azz doesn’t like black ppl. And with Biden being the VP, at the time, was ‘guilty by association’, in trump’s eyes. When Biden became president, he still did the right things for the people.

That’s Georgia, not Florida, and I don’t think it has passed yet. There’s always Marjorie Taylor Greene’s space lasers tho.

Joanne's avatar

There is a bill moving forward in Florida too. The state has enacted a law, Senate Bill 56, that prohibits geoengineering and weather modification activities. The law repeals existing weather modification regulations and makes it a felony to intentionally release chemicals or substances into the atmosphere with the intent to alter temperature, weather, climate, or sunlight intensity. No institutions have ever sought a permit to change the weather, according to state environment officials. So crazy.

Sharing this morning's Footnotes by Jemar Tisby substack, spread this word far and wide...

Trump's Personal Army

The [additional] $170 billion weapon against dissent

Jemar Tisby, PhD

Jul 6, 2025

The free fall into fascism isn’t coming. It’s here.

ICE is Trump’s personal army, and it just got a $170 billion boost.

The Big Ugly Bill apportions more than $170 billion to ICE and "border security".

This makes ICE more well-funded than any other U.S. law enforcement agency and richer than the entire military budget of all but 15 countries.

What will this money buy?

Vehicles. Drones. Weapons. Surveillance software. Detention facilities. Tactical gear. More agents. More raids. More power.

What concerns me most is that ICE is classified as law enforcement—not military.

For all its problems, the military has some limits.

It needs Congressional approval for some actions. Soldiers take an oath. Many of them enlist out of a sense of duty and honor.

Not so with ICE.

ICE is a paramilitary force with ultimate allegiance to the president. Not to the Constitution. Not to the people.

Its mandate is vague and constantly shifting. It started with immigrants. But it can easily expand to include “rioters,” “dissenters,” “disloyal citizens.”

It operates with almost no public oversight and responds directly to executive authority.

For instance, the Posse Comitatus Act largely preventing the president from deploying the U.S. military as a domestic police force would not apply to ICE.

ICE is the president’s personal goon squad.

A private police force with the power to conduct raids, surveillance, arrests, and disappearances—all without military oversight or congressional restraint.

With $170 billion behind it, ICE can now be deployed not just against immigrants but against anyone who threatens the regime’s ideological, economic, or political grip.

Anyone could be a target for harassment, imprisonment, or disappearing.

ICE is the president’s personal army to carry out his authoritarian will.

Picture it.

Raids on residences in the middle of the night. Surveillance that monitors everyone everywhere for breaches of loyalty. Guns trained on and discharged toward protestors and resisters of all sorts.

With the appropriation of obscene levels of funding, the scenario escalates quickly.

Step 1: ICE conducts another public abduction.

Step 2: People fed up at the trauma of seeing their neighbors ripped off the street for no reason get loud and agitated.

Step 3: An immature, untrained, and trigger-eager ICE agent opens fire.

Step 4: An uprising ensues.

Step 5: The president imposes martial law.

Suddenly, the 2026 midterm elections—our so-called plan to rein in this regime—are suspended.

For “safety” reasons. For “national security.”

That’s what $170 billion of your tax dollars allocated to ICE actually buys.

I’m not predicting the future, I’m just reading the historical patterns.

When an authoritarian leader gets control of a militarized force that he can deploy with impunity, the situation does not get better. It gets rapidly worse.

What You Can Do

Secure a civil rights lawyer

If you are a vocal advocate or frontlines activist, be sure to have legal representation. Have their contact information at-the-ready.

Pack a go-bag

Include: copies of ID and passports, cash reserves, phone charger and battery pack, medications, basic toiletries, flash drive with key documents, change of clothes, water and non-perishable foods, etc.

Secure your digital presence

Enable two-factor identification, use encrypted messaging (e.g. Signal), use a VPN online, turn off facial recognition on your phone, turn off location sharing on apps

Identify your security pod

A small group of people—one legal, one logistical, one public communications—who can act immediately if you are detained or disappear.

I know this is heavy.

But if you’re committed to truth, justice, and democracy you can’t afford to be unprepared.

Authoritarianism escalates while people are still debating whether it’s really happening.

We are beyond debate. It’s time to act.

Pass this on to someone who’s standing for justice.

And make sure they’re standing safely.

Paula's avatar

This is important. To my friends in the US, please follow this advice. The regime has been in power for less than 6 months and they have already formed their own army and set up concentration camps. Be prepared. Be safe.

Cath Millage's avatar

ICE is the American Gestapo. ❤️🇨🇦

Rose Cassie's avatar

At least the German Gestapo wore identifiable uniforms without masks! Trump thugs are just terrorists. He already lead one attack Jan.6!🏴‍☠️🖤

yolanda martin's avatar

In addition, Ben, NPR reported yesterday that hurricane forecasters and scientists rely on weather data collected and processed by DoD satellites. The Navy has decided to stop sharing the data. I fear many more Americans are at risk of experiencing what occurred in TX.

Kamm's avatar

I also read that about the Navy and frankly I find it horrifying. The Navy gave a pretty lame and not very informative excuse as to why they are not going to share anymore.

Perhaps the European models will be useful for hurricane predictions but certainly not for tornados, flash floods, or wildfires.

I have never done so much cursing at the news as I have since last November.

Rose Cassie's avatar

I’m hoping the OLD deranged felon gets blown away! 😅🌊🌪️

Is there enough evidence for a class action lawsuit here ? I feel this post is alluding to that. I was having those same thoughts yesterday, so I'm glad to see the evidence being pointed & those are just the high level facts. Sadly it will keep piling up.

Kamm's avatar

Who would be brave enough to take on that case? I'm not against it, I have pondered the same idea, but it would probably be detrimental to their health and their family.

The way this cruel and idiotic thing has handled every aspect of our lives and safety, it feels like how will we not if we could die with him and his cronies at the top.

Weather analysis has been degraded with staff laid off and no one to accurately predict when a major storm will hit leaving potentially catastrophic numbers of people in harms way

Air safety is at an all time low because the air traffic controllers have been laid off and now the people there are working well beyond what they are supposed to

Healthcare is being ripped away from millions and vaccine skepticism is not doctrine at the Department of Health and Human Services.

National defense is in the hands of the weekend host of Fox and Friends and sharing vital security information on an app I can download for free and including his wife and lawyer in meetings.

The media is glossing over all of this is only the stuff I can think of while I’m having a cup of ice coffee
