I also work for the VA for 16 years so I saw it all things that no humans should ever see. I'm a retired sergeant with the NYPD, we had something called GO-15...it was Miranda for cops...only it didn't protect you from self-incrimination-if you failed to answer the question, you were suspended immediately...we need something like this for officials, or civilians, testifying in front of Congress...
