YIPPEE!!! A TRUMP-Appointed Judge rules against him and the administration (regime) that they have no right to call up the National Guard in Oregon. 🎉

Trump is the most LETHAL DOMESTIC TERRORIST in American History.

That is a fact; not hyperbole.

Anyone wanting to debate that fact best first think about the hundreds of thousands of Americans who suffered and died during the COVID pandemic.

Just for starters, as they say.

He has caused the deaths of millions. Look at the women who had miscarriages, and were denied lif saving DandC care to remove the dead tissue, which killed them as they bled out. They conflated a common sad thing , miscarriage, with abortion. But even a woman having an abortion does not deserve to die, especially if the pregnancy was the result of rape of a minor child.

From No mercy/No malice

By Professor Scott Galloway

We frame economic power as a contest between capital and labor, but the real star of the American economy is consumer spending, which accounts for 68% of GDP. The Great Recession saw a 3.4% drop in consumer spending — at the time, the most severe year-over-year decline since World War II. The U.S. economy registered a 9.8% drop in consumer spending during the second quarter of 2020, when Covid shut down the world as we knew it. In both instances the U.S. government responded aggressively, spending hundreds of billions, primarily on bailouts, to pull us out of the Great Recession, and trillions, primarily in direct aid, to get us through the pandemic. The lesson? When consumers stop spending, American leaders start listening. As Geo Hussar explained to his YouTube followers at the end of September, “this is not seizing the means of production, but seizing the means of consumption,” adding that if every American dropped their consumption, on average, by 2%, “that would be the most loud and potent form of protest.”

The judge should have immediately charged the federal lawyers with contempt. The lawyers knew perfectly well that the nonsense they were presenting is not really evidence.

THERE ARE NO GOOD REPUBLICANS

It is now clear that there are no good Republicons left….they are all traitors as is Der Fuhrer and his Nazi allies to the country in trying to destroy the government of the country

But they told us what they were going to do in the widely publicized Project 2025 agenda The voting electorate knew what what they were up to and opposed overwhelmingly what the Project stood for(96% of polled population were against the Project) There are only 2 conclusions The voting electorate didn’t care despite the polling OR Cheeto and his Nazi allies rigged the 2024 election in various nefarious ways eg Greg Palast’s investigative reporting(bit.ly/41UelTx) on vigilante challenges by 40,000 Nazi vigilantes

So tell it like it is to your friends, neighbors, relatives, family DO NOT VOTE FOR ANY REPUBLICON IN THE 2026 MIDTERMS

It’s getting worse with what is going on in Chicago. A couple was walking with their two y/o home from preschool and van’s drove by and threw tear gas bombs 💣 out the window for no apparent reason. Felon 47 is at war with his own citizens. It’s going to get to the point that we fight back with our own weapons, but that’s what he wants. I want someone, anyone to end him.

Hopefully this ruling will stand and will derail any plans to send the 82nd Airborne, something just revealed ( I wrote about this here: https://halbrown.substack.com/p/that-anyone-would-even-think-of-sending ).... I'm in Portland south of the city and this afternoon saw three military Blackhawks, one flying from downtown and two on their way into the city proper. It was chilling. With friends at a gathering we speculated about how it must feel to those on the ground to have these very loud aircraft flying overhead.

That was good news, and a good Constitutional argument. I can't see DOJ coming up with a counterargument strong enough to get the injunction lifted - they haven't got any decent attorneys left. I can't see the 9th Circuit Court overruling it. The Supreme Court OTOH ... in any case we get some breathing room

So true. Trump just turns another direction when he hears ‘no’ and finds someone else in the judges chambers who says ‘of course - whatever you do is fine!’ It’s scary and frustrating but he will step on the tripwire eventually when he gets too sure of himself. (I hope!)
