I don't think Acosta will come clean unless he is closely cross examined. I knew the assassination attempt was fake from day 1. In an active shooter situation people will panic and trample eachother to the ground to try n save themselves. I for one never thought the assassination attempt was legitimate, for one reason: as soon as a shooter is identified in this country the entire world then knows his/her full name. I for one never thought the assassination attempt was legitimate, for one reason: as soon as a shooter is identified in this country the entire world then knows his/her full name. What I mean to say is the news identifies the shooter by their first, middle, and last name. Never did I ever see any reporting about the so called shooter, until I searched it months later. A shooting is still big news, even though this country has become pretty much numb to them happening, but nonetheless tv news outlets are reporting all three of the shooters name. Not in this case. Nor did I ever see a report about the person in the crowd that was actually struck. No name, no information, nothing. For me, it was proof positive that it was all scripted, because the moment it happened I said to myself, damn that just won Trump the damn election. Now add that to the fact that he has now significant damage to his ear, and there's your answer. Even a .22 would have carved a nice chunk of his ear out, and no damage. Come on. Trump is a conman. And this was all showmanship. I especially love the defiant look on his face as he stood up, and you can see he mouths the words F you. It was his best acting to date, because I got one never fell for any of his other cons like the idea he cares for anything other than himself. Think about it. The assassination (so called) basically guaranteed his victory, which is another thing I question personally. Watch the video and tell me what you see.
Real secret service would have had him halfway to the WH in the time it took him to get his shoes and stand up. They never would have let him stand up like that.

But if you're going to fake something that spectacular well you've got to really sell it. John, two minutes after they learned the identity of the Minneapolis shooter his face and name were plastered everywhere. Be honest, did you see that happen after the attempted assassination. Of an ex president, not some schmuck on the street corner. You can kid yourself as much as you want. He should be showing the world his ear right now as proof that he took a bullet, but he's not. Just stop and think for yourself for one minute and stop believing all the lies that the Trump team spoon feeds you. If he really took a bullet, he'd be on TV right now showing the damage or the scar, you actually believe it's totally healed, or he had some sort of cosmetic surgery. If that's the case, when did that happen? Come on John. Trump knows that in this country if someone sees something on TV they take it as the Gospel truth. John, I never said it didn't happen, I never said a man didn't die, I said the response from the media was not what is the norm for reporting in this country. I wasn't there. I didn't see it happen. All I know is what the world didn't see, we didn't see wall to wall coverage of the incident and that always gave me pause. You can write as many BS articles as you want but how come the news wasn't plastering the shooters name, the victims name everywhere. I bet you think ha still cares about making anything great other than his bank account. Believe what you want. That's your decision. But 2 articles, or 1 newspaper article and one tv news report, really that's it. Ok. If it was real, tell me, explain the state of his ear now. Tell me why he isn't showing it off as a badge of courage. Even still the man is a lowlife. I know I've grown up right outside of New York City and Trump is a bald face liar. I’m glad you are calling bs on the ear injury. Nearly all girls and women have experience some form of sexual abuse. Most of it is just not reported. But we live with those experiences it all our lives. Maybe not every day, but the memories pop up. When the president calls these victims experiences a hoax and fake, it hurts all of us. You’re right, but this conversation and the press conference were about the hundreds and hundreds of little girls and young women who were victims of epstein, maxwell and the group of predators. I think they need to be the topic, not the ‘what about the men.’ Sorry, but it would be nice, just once, to have a conversation about how most women are assaulted, abused, harassed in their lifetime, by men. Because most are, the statistics are underrepresented due to the legal system failing them, or perpetrators threatening them, many don’t report, I could go on. Let’s not derail this conversation. The ear injury is not BS. There's video of it happening and photos of a clearly bloodied ear with a nick in the helix. There are recreations by ballistics experts on YT showing exactly how it happened, using the same AR style gun Matthew Crooks used. Facts matter. Don't discount them. We need all the reality we can get these days.

I read Media Matters to stay clued in on some of the most egregious shit Fox spews. I'd never make someone watch it, like I often had to when visiting my parents (it was either that or avoid the living room for most of the day for a week) but as they say: know thy enemy.
