Fox News Accused Us of Defamation Over Trump’s Health

Last night, Rupert Murdoch ordered Fox News to attack MeidasTouch again. Specifically, Rupert’s latest line of attack is to accuse MeidasTouch of defaming Trump about his health to try and provoke him to sue us again.
Fox News featured a lengthy hit-piece segment on us called “Media Tries to Go After Trump’s Cognitive Health.” The Fox segment featured my interview with Meidas Health leader Dr. Vin Gupta, where Dr. Gupta described Trump’s deteriorating health. My interview with Dr. Gupta went viral earlier in the day and was the top story on Drudge Report and many other news sites. The Fox segment accused us of lying about Trump’s health and defaming him. Specifically, the Fox host said about Trump, “The man is almost 80 but he is also a machine. He barely sleeps.”
This latest hit job by Murdoch may be his most pathetic yet. I’ve said it before and I will say it again: if Trump wants to sue us again, he will end up sitting across from me in a courtroom having his deposition taken in front of the world for seven hours straight. I will personally take his deposition since there is nothing I look forward to more than having that opportunity. Based on its extensive experience as a defendant in defamation cases, Fox should also know that truth is a complete defense to defamation.
Donald Trump is clearly physically and mentally deteriorating. He can try to sue us for $20 billion, but he will only make himself look stupid.
And speaking about making themselves look stupid, Rupert and Fox looked like utter fools last night accusing us of defamation while they claimed Trump is a “machine” who “hardly ever sleeps.” We have video of Trump sleeping through his press conferences, and he’s certainly no machine unless we’re talking about a malfunctioning one riddled with bugs, glitches, and viruses.
When I learned about Rupert and Fox trying to get Trump to sue us, it didn’t surprise me. I’ve been documenting their evolving attacks on us since MeidasTouch dethroned them as the most-watched news network in America. It doesn’t make me scared that they attack us like this. It just shows me that the MeidasTouch Network is directly on target.

Saw your video with Dr. Gupta and they seemed to be fair and fact based questions about a public figure who has medical issues all of us with eyes can see. It’s not the lies that Trump and company want us to believe. He’s not some 6’5 200 pound band who can run a marathon and lift 500 pounds. He’s an 80 man who has regular health issues consistent with individuals that age and a poor diet. His family also has a history of dementia and he is showing signs of that every time we see him. That’s again is not something you should be sued over, that’s just what is true.
