What I don't understand is that several times, even members of congress have said they know what the names yet nothing is done. Why don't the survivors take these people to court? It can't be a money issue, I'm sure there are lot of people with deep pockets who would help. Why are we so dependent on the government doing the right thing when they so obviously won't.
