Your friend Macolm Nance made the call out today for the June 16 coast to coast anti-Trump protests. If every person who voted for Kamala hits the streets, then aprox 35 million people would make it the biggest protest in US history....(the 5-6 year old children facing deportation judges now with no lawyers would appreciat it)

We had a large group participate. It was great. Remember how all the media covered it? I don’t think that will happen now. They aren’t covering protests.

Stand tall and proud, Michael. Thank you for sharing part of your journey with us. I can’t imagine it was easy writing these words. If humans were not capable of change, and redemption, this world would be a very dismal place. (Putting aside all the corruption that is happening.) I always enjoy your articles, and reels. Orange Cheeto’s Dementia

Fred Cheeto father to the Orange Cheeto died with Alzheimer’s began his downward mental decline spiral 7y before dying at age 93 This particular fact has bothered Cheeto, now 78, and has at times downplayed his father's symptoms His nephew Fred states, "Like anyone else, I've seen his (Cheeto’s) decline. But I see it in parallel with the way my grandfather's decline was If anyone wants to believe that dementia did not run in the Trump family, it's just not true." Maryanne Cheeto, the Orange Cheeto’s sister, exhibited signs of dementia before her death

Orange Cheeto’s performance at the West Point graduation show how his speeches are becoming more unhinged and incoherent as a symptom of his mental decline During this most recent propaganda stunt, Cheeto appeared disoriented and confused, leaving without shaking hands with the graduates which is usually presidential tradition

But the seriousness of this mental decline goes beyond communication skills and confusion Alzheimer’s dementia worsens narcissism and this underscores the “crazy” Cheeto approach to tariffs which the Financial Times has labeled TACO(T…. Always Chickens Out), explains his vengeance and retribution campaign with increasing nastiness, and erratic firing of DOJ attorneys and National Security Council

Ladies and gentlemen we have a progressing demented psychopath occupying the Oval Office

Powerful words. Am Canadian. Your words give me hope.

Not forgiveness, however, cause IMO Americans collectively own the current disarray that America is in, which negatively impacts those of us beyond your borders.

To add to the powerful words in this post but not takeaway from them….please Americans, save your country First, but recognize the fallout in terms of your leadership in Rest of World will take longer. Remedying breaches of trust take time to heal.

You can ‘Make America Great Again’, just please not the definition of ‘Great’ articulated (in words and actions) by Trump and his followers…

Yes, we must own what is happening in our country and those who don't support DJT understand that. We are also well aware of the damage he and the elected officials in both parties have done to our country on the world stage. We do not expect to undo that damage easily or quickly. It will take time and hard work. We are up to that task. We've done it before. We deeply appreciate those neighbors and friends who see our efforts and extend verbal and emotional support across the borders. Please do not give up on us!

Canadians have always been our family in the USA. WE are beyond horrified to watch what one deranged , though elected (maybe) politician can do to our world and yours, not to mention to American and Canadian entrepreneurs. As a democracy from the beginning, it is as though we have no DNA to fight this terror. But we do. And we will. It is all on the line.

I am an 86 year old, intelligent, educated female. In every society about 30% are the angries and the crazies. Social norms tend to keep them in check. Trump's selfish gift is breaking those norms and inciting that section of society. He has run the classic tyrants play book. Reagan (Republicans) started paving the way by slowly undermining the quality of public education. Democrats have helped by waffeling and trying to please everybody. The fight is never over, it simply sneaks up in different forms over time. Social media disinformation and misinformation plays havoc. Keep shouting the truth!! We ALL need to be warriors for truth and decency to save this democracy. We are hanging by a thread, but we are waking up. We ARE worth saving. OK that's part of my rant.

What is patriotic about him? He aligned with Trump at one point. Trump was already the person he is now, just less bold. But anyone who was his personal attorney could undoubtably see it. Cohen is just a good writer who knows how to turn lemons into lemonaide. But he has no virtues as a human being or a patriot.

I respectfully disagree. He is doing the work that needs to get done to unseat someone who usurped power in the worst way and we need an insider like Mr. Cohen as an advocate to complete that endeavor. “Only Nixon can go to China”

I also respectfully disagree and note your concern. However it takes courage to admit that you were wrong. Michael has done this. The podcast is 'Mea Culpa'

I have an outsider view being a Brit, but to see someone come out and say " I got it wrong, I did things I shouldn't but here is how I'm going to attempt to redress the wrongs"

He served time for his wrongs and people can grow and change.

He could have faded into the background.

Instead he is using his infamy for good to alert us.

And it's working.

Or we wouldn't be having this conversation in this place.

Love to the sane USA!

I appreciate your point and here is my concern. We as a nation of people have made mistakes in allowing politicians and those with power to have more respect and support than they deserve. We Americans like to keep our blinders on. We have a tendency to lose sight of the big picture -- what they have stood for and supported and even earned income from in their past. We all feel desperate now and want someone to save us. Yes, perhaps there is virtue to Cohen's posts and insights now. I'm all for accepting his information and insights, however the comments in this section give the impression that all is forgiven and forgotten and now he's a true patriot, and I just don't agree. I'd like to keep who he is in perspective.

It's so hard to stay the path when it feels like you're the only one who sees what is happening, hears the train coming, and you look mad, they call you an alarmist and tell you to have hope. Keep speaking the truth Michael! Or as the mock Latin version goes, "Illegitimi non carborundum!"

Thank you for sharing your story and urging others not to back down.

Use this spreadsheet as a resource to call/email/write members of Congress, the Cabinet and news organizations. Reach out to your own reps, as well as those in other states on a specific committee important to a topic you’re sharing. Use your voice and make some “good trouble.”

Is there any way you can turn this into a word document, and do one state per page? It would be so much easier, that way a person can just print the applicable page.

Excel is always so difficult to navigate, especially for tech-challenged people. Thank you for your efforts; it is good info. I will probably just transcribe the info by hand onto a piece of paper for myself. But I think a word doc would be great for distribution. LT

Interesting idea and I’ll look into it after I’m done with the news tab. For printing, I recommend to highlight the chunk you want to print and then File, Print, Print Selected Cells. Most of the information is readily available at government websites, the document’s purpose is to help reach out possibly beyond your own state and help with emailing since those are hard to find
