Gabe Sterling, the Chief Operating Officer for the Georgia Secretary of State's office, angrily denounced Marge Greene's latest conspiracy that Dominion voting machines were "flipping votes" in that state.

Greene claimed last week that she received a "report" the day early voting began that the machines were flipping votes off Trump and herself. She revealed that on Alex Jones's podcast but gave no additional details. Her claims set off a firestorm on social media with many denouncing her as seeking more attention and looking to draw a lawsuit from an extremely litigious company who already settled with Fox for $787 million.

You can read my story about her previous claim here.

Sterling, visibly angry about having to go through this nonsense again after 2020, said that he conducted an investigation of her claims and just revealed the results of that:

"The specific claim in Whitfield County was one elderly voter who went to the poll manager and said, 'this isn't who I meant to vote for. (An poll worker said) well ma'am, why don't you come over here and we'll work with you. So they went over there, she printed the ballot she wanted, then she cast that ballot ... she said it was a great experience."

Then Sterling talked about how Marge turned that harmless human error incident into a viral story:

"She told somebody that story, then they told somebody that story, and then a tweet went out. The problem is, one little piece of a human error - there's going to be 190 million people interfacing with a system they deal with once every 2-4 years. With hundreds of thousands of volunteer-level human beings. There are going to be errors. What we can't allow is for people to undermine people's faith in the election because of natural human frailty."

Greene is being challenged by Democrat Shawn Harris in her northwest Georgia district, which is very heavily Republican.
