Miller is a Deputy Chief of Staff to the President. This position is a White House staff role and doesn’t require congressional confirmation. Miller can be fired by the President, but not impeached ny Congress. Miller is probably going to end up either fleeing the country or in prison, and he’s definitely on the wrong side of history.
I'd love to see him impeached but he is a political appointee, so he is not eligible for that honor. An investigation followed by criminal prosecution - I'm sure the evidence is there and a guy like that accumulates accomplices and enemies who would just LOVE to testify.
