I would like to see a long list of penalties against Trump and Musk for dismantling our Country thru downsizing our Gov. With that said, are there any attorneys out there who are creative enough to think beyond our traditional understanding of the legal system and are willing to file civil & criminal lawsuits against the corporate donors, foundations, and institutes that have brought so much harm to our society, paying crooked politicians and justices who have created laws to shield themselves from prosecution?
I don’t have the legal expertise to have an answer but believe there must be a way.
Otherwise, the choices before us are to live with a regime that has dictatorial power or enter into a second civil war - with succession only allowed by a Congress that is nonexistent.
Does this make sense?
If we think outside the box it seems to me that there must be a way around these laws which protect legislators from being held accountable or sued. What do all of you think?
It may be that we’ll have to hope for the International criminal courts to decide.
