Meanwhile, State legislatures were busily cutting subsidizes to state and community education. Combined with the various financial, political scams perpetrated by various corporate and political parties...the individual didn't stand a chance. Of course there were the exceptions to the norm, and those few were happily paraded before the public and lauded by the media/politicians as EXAMPLES of bootstrap hard work....LOL! As if working hard was the ONLY thing holding back the masses from untold wealth! That part was true, untold wealth was what awaited the masses. Because, defined retirement plans were replaced by that big casino...AKA 401k casino bets!

Iran only needs to follow Trump on Truth Social and interpret his lies, bravado and posturing. As I said elsewhere it’s in Iran’s interest to nurture the common interests of the other countries in the region and work with them to setup an association that keeps the Strait open and Israel at bay. Not a trivial solution or one that can be done instantly but in the best interests of all countries in the Middle East. At this point Trump has made the US in the region a pariah and unlikely to play a significant role in the region
