"...demanding the release..." is not the same as "HEARING THE NAMES" from the victims. They've been demanding the release for years, and yet, here we are
The victims' bravery to tell their stories is enough. They have to be terrified of maga and djt's retribution on them. So "hearing the names" is probably a big ask of them. We should be wanting their safety and well-being, not asking them to be put in more harm's way by naming names.
Unfortunately, it's likely that many, if not most, of the survivors may have been dreadfully damaged by their past experiences and are still suffering the consequences to this day. It really doesn't just fade into the past; it's always there, whatever professional help you might get. And yes, I do know this to be true; after 57 years. So some of them may well choose that going over all their experiences, yet again, in public might not be appropriate for them. IMHO it's not only children that should be allowed to give this type of testimony in private and anonymously. There should also be guidelines for the type of questions they can be asked in Court, even when in camera. It feels to many that they are being treated like the perpetrators, which is one of many reasons why so few come to Court in the first place.

I know personally that something in me feels permanently broken. So it should be carefully assessed and choice should be given to each individual.
Their names are all over the place, many have lawyers, filed lawsuits, and those documents are all on-line. Many are on YouTube, as well, and the whole Maxwell trial transcript is also on-line; she lied repeatedly and they didn't bother prosecuting the subsequent, separate perjury charges because they did not want to put the victims through another trial for the already convicted, sexual deviant, abuser, and entitled rich woman, Ghislaine Maxwell.

The area resembling the French Quarter at California's Disneyland is called New Orleans Square. Some of my dad's musician friends worked as a Dixieland Band there, back in the 1960's. They told us that there was a room, above one of the street level shops, that wasn't open to the public, but rather to "special" invited guests for "partying". No explicit details of any wrong doing, that I recall, but now I wonder....at the time, I just imagined alcohol perhaps being served secretively on Disneyland grounds. I brushed the story aside, because this place was still the Magic Kingdom, which I visited often back in the day on special family occasions.
I raised my children in CA, near Hollywood. We spent a period of time going on after school interviews for opportunities for child actors. One of my sons, who'd done several prior TV commercials, got a call to interview for Disney studios.
We arrived at a Burbank studio, along with many other children and their parents. All of a sudden, unlike any other interviews, children were separated from parent guardians and taken to a different sound stage location.
We were all ill at ease, and the wait for the children's return seemed way too long. One of the parents reported that the children most likely to get the job were put in flying apparatus, to do a test video for the show we were interviewing for.
My son didn't say afterwards that this happened to him, and it was such a big "cattle call", I brushed it off. But, I was furious that Disney would put children in safety jeopardy, and without paying for the work, or having a set social worker on site. I didn't complain to our agent. I feel guilty for that to this day.
I worked for one of the top L.A. commercial photographers, to pay my way in college, where I was studying art/photography. It was a fun exciting job in Hollywood, and I was treated well and with respect by my boss and his assistant. Meeting models and actors hired for photo shoots was fascinating.
I have a 11x14 b&w print of Cary Grant, signed, "To Sandra, with all my love." It was a joke, because my boss's wife and her friends were all gaga over the booking, but I bluntly said, "Who's Cary Grant?", so they told him the story and then later gifted me the autographed print. It was a location shoot. I was left behind at the studio, because I was the receptionist. I never actually met Cary Grant.
But there was one disconcerting wrinkle. My boss was often required, when he got a huge national ad job, to provide prostitute arrangements for the big shots flying in to oversee the job from east coast ad agencies. Awkward!

Here’s some facts that the Trump administration doesn’t get. The income disparity that he has made worse is probably the driver of the crime sprees in the cities. Also, the racism that continues to plague our society. The disparate judicial system and racial profiling makes it clear that black and brown people do not get treated equally. Now, the cuts to DEI programs, education, Medicaid, Snap programs and crackdown on homeless camps will definitely increase the desperation which leads to more crime. Sending in the National Guard may temporarily reduce the crime, but it is not the cure. We are going in the wrong direction.
Trump is one of those "big picture" people. He visualizes a grandiose outcome, but doesn't care what happens in between, or realizing he's cut the funding and personnel to actually carry out his plans.
