But…will that end P2025? There’s a longterm, well-planned agenda running in the background. And JD Vance has been well-groomed.

In fact Vance said this in 2023…

CRUCIAL QUOTE

“The Heritage Foundation “is going to play a major role in helping us figure out how to govern, at the White House, at the Senate, at the House and all across our great country,” Vance said in an April 2023 speech at a Heritage Foundation event. CNN notes his speech took place one day before Project 2025’s policy proposals were unveiled.”

Release the Epstein files! Distractions are in play. Bomb-a-boat-a-rama. Cancel-a-show. My observations are that Charlie Kirk’s killer was apolitical and neither recruited, nor radicalized. The Discord app for group text, video, screen sharing, and discussions is used by gamers, not for politics. In Discord over 6 years, Tyler Robinson, an avid gamer, used the word Trump once in 2019, and the word Biden once in 2020. That is it, people. I call that apolitical. His friends said he never talked politics. Only games. End of story.

For political reasons, the Administration and the Republican Utah governor are trying very hard to paint Tyler Robinson into the left camp. The right needs that Reichstag Fire pivotal event, the root of their biases (plural). There is no truth there. Lies. Typical of this administration and Nancy Mace and Mike Johnson.

Tyler Robinson had a grudge against homophobic Charlie Kirk. Tyler could not resolve that. Evidently Tyler Robinson’s mother said he had moved left recently. I think first, slightly to the left of Nick Fuentes, then that his mother and the Utah governor conflate bisexuality with the left.

Therein lies a problem. Many on the right are confused by God-given sexual orientations. Confused, they indiscriminately throw out chum. Bloody chum in the water brings sharks. Frenzied sharks will bite anything. That is not violence. What they bite brings to them emotionally soothing food.

There is a need for health social services to address those emotionally challenged individuals that strike out with gunshots. Instead of reaching out to help, some crazed individuals with megaphones torture them repeatedly with heteronormativity. Alex Jones. Charlie Kirk, et al.

That is not politics, that is abuse. Yes. This is systemic abuse and societal failure. Those are both fixable. Some do not want to fix. They want to exploit it to make money. I am disgusted by those making a living by bellowing insults in this type of torture chamber.

There are some voices out there contending that American voters (especially MAGAs) won't settle for a return to normal. They claim that people want to move forward, to move beyond normal into some kind of new consensus for a better society...better than normal. Some thoughts...at minimum, we need a return to rule of law, the constitution, the bill of rights, Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act, possi comitatus (no use of military to enforce police actions). We also need to impose ethics upon the judicial branch, especially the Supreme Court. All this will be necessary to undo the damage that Trump has done. But looking forward, we need to find new ways to strengthen the ability of the courts to enforce their rulings; new social contracts between the American people, the medical establishment (including Pharma) and the government. (Some might call this Medicare for All--by whatever name, it has to expand coverage and reduce costs). Finally, we must upend Trump's approach to dictators and oligarchs by restoring and enhancing U.S. relations with NATO, reasonable trade agreements with friendly countries, and firmer cooperation with international law enforcement. No one in the world trusts the US as an ally under the current regime.

I have been wondering that, Bernie. Here's what I figure....

Biden acknowledged and respected that the Justice Department and the Whitehouse were to be kept separate. 'Separation of Powers'. He believed that the POTUS had no business telling the Attorney General what to do and/or not do.

The Orange Turd, however, has other views; he has the Justice Department working as though its part of the Executive. Bondi is working as though she is the Orange Turd's personal lawyer. Biden would have none of that.

Here is my side of the story, hold onto your seat because this isn't easy. In the summer of 2024, one of my brothers was here to see mom (she was living with us) I had followed him and and our youngest brother out to his car. The older one turned to me and told me that I needed to change my ways. We don't want any dictators and if you don't vote for Trump that is what you'll get and when that happens, don't come crying to me for help. Trump got elected and a few months ago, I got a phone call from my brother telling me to stop my nonsense because everyone in the family is calling him to ask if I am okay and if I am serious. I got tired of the "I can have an opinion, but you can't" so I would post how I actually felt, if something struck a nerve with me, I would share it. I stand with my sisters that women should be able to have health care and an abortion if they need it without big brother telling us no. I was a teen in the 60's, I remember the problems that women had then and I won't go back. So that means that I have issues and so he ridiculed me, insulted me, and I hung up on him. I am not apologizing to him, because I didn't seek his opinion and he chose to give it to me for free. Now he's pissed at me. It hurts because we know each other, he doesn't know Trump, all he knows is that we can't have a democrat in office because they are dictators. I am just sick of it all, I never thought I would ever see the US fight for freedom again.

I have a plastic tub of my son's things that he left here and doesn't want to take. I had pretty much forgotten about it -- it's in a shed. Several months back I decided that if I hadn't had any interest in all those plastic tubs that maybe it was time to get rid of them. So I came across his tub. He had some photo albums that he didn't want his wife to see -- pictures of old girlfriends and he had trump's book. Since he, his wife and all of her family are Republicans they wouldn't care about the book.

So, I asked him about the book. He basically said that he read it and thought what a great businessman trump was. Of course, that set me off and I started telling him that was pure baloney, etc. He said that he's a millionaire and off we went again about how he managed that and how he doesn't even pay taxes and that I'm not a millionaire and I pay more taxes than he does.

I imagine you can visualize how all of the rest of the conversation went. I am pretty much a loner and so never really got close to his family members; however, he does have an 11 year old daughter and whenever we visit I always make a point to emphasize the importance of caring for the needs of others, education, etc.

I still laugh to myself when I saw her expression that not only was I a Democrat but also a Catholic and that her dad had been baptized as Catholic. I have the feeling that Dems and Catholics had been demonized and she was shocked that I didn't fit the picture that had been painted about them.

So Jean, keep it up. Stand up for your beliefs and ideas as you have been doing. There are chinks in their armor or an Achilles’ Heel. You are bound at some point to come across one of them and make some headway even if you don't know it at the time.

A little more to the above story. My son is the grandfather to a teen age boy so I am Great grandma. We were invited to the boy's Confirmation. The family lives in Nevada in a small town that is several hours away from Reno.

I told my son I could get a free room at a casino and then we could head out early the next morning to go to the church. He brought my grand daughter along.

I really didn't think about it at the time; but, she got exposed and talked to quite a few Catholics. When I see her again I will have to remember to ask her what she thought about it. I'm sure she talked to her dad; but, I'd like to hear first hand her thoughts.

Hi Jean. It’s tough to read that. I’m a second (younger) brother and I grew up with 4 sisters (one older and three younger) and pride myself that because of this I could always understand the female point of view and defend it. Only recently while talking with one of my younger sisters and my wife I realised I had never truly understood just what it is like to be a woman. I hadn’t realised that EVERY time they walked out, at work or just socially they always had at the back of their mind they were in fear, especially when around men. It had simply never occurred to me that as I approached a woman she was sizing me up and fighting the ‘fight or flight’ impulse. It had taken me over 60 years to work that out, so when I hear this misogynistic drivel spoken by “men” I want to puke. They may as well travel to Afghanistan and live with the Taliban if that is how they view women. Stay strong and I hope you can forgive your brother. ♥️

Jean Morton's avatar

Thank you for your kind words and yes, I have forgiven him, not that he would hear of that. I have tried to call and keep him informed on mom, but he won't answer the phone and I just gave up and left it to the youngest brother. The last time that he was here to see mom, we ended up at the nursing home the same time. He wouldn't look at me and just said, "Oh hi." That was it. If mom was more with it, she would recognize that something has happened, thankfully, she's got enough that she deals with that the way he acted didn't sink in.

For me there are striking similarities happening now in America. If Trump had been created in a work of fiction as a real person no one would believe it. They would say this character and what he does is just too far fetched to be taken seriously.

Alas Trump is real and we are now living in a dystopian reality which he has created but we have to put an end to it now before he destroys your country beyond repair. We can’t let the lives of our Western world be decided on a decree on a whim by this total maniac.
