I understand people need to stay engaged however for some it can be overwhelming and frankly scary. I think it’s fine for people to take a breather when they’re crying and fearful. I think it’s a must. I went through that, only to realize I wasn’t scared I was mad as hell. Mental health is important and I would much rather someone take sometime to gather themselves. We’re no good if we aren’t running in all cylinders..
