The Nazi Playbook

Low income Americans can’t help with campaign donations but certainly the megawealthy can open their wallets And so the Orange Nazi mob boss is not only pardoning all his rich cronies who are legitimately in jail but he’s now increasing the federal debt with another massive tax cut to an unsustainable $40+T just to put the affluent in a position of “you owe me one”

This is all at the expense of the disabled, indigent, and less fortunate…...of course the wealthy Nazis demonize those as fraudsters and moochers Their social safety net will be destroyed but the billionaire Nazis don’t care The point is cruelty just as it is with the civil service workers All to serve the billionaire oligarchs and those who are elite enough to lead So arrogant and disgusting

But this is a playbook as old as time but with a twist The Nazi mob boss got this most recent 21st century form from Putin his buddy in Moscow Create a group of rich powerbrokers around you and then make them extremely wildly prosperous and then take their positions of power away from them so they have no where to go but support the Orange mob boss In Russia the oligarchs made a deal with the devil and paid a heavy price Musk is finding out what it means to be an oligarch that will be on the wrong side of the boss and will pay dearly

Americans can easily outnumber and outwork the oligarchs Donate if you can Protest Protest Protest French Revolution 2.0!!!

When will Trump voters get it?

Is it when he:

- Directly defies the Supreme Court?

- Abducts US citizens whom the regime alleges are dangerous?

- Launches vengeance-seeking criminal investigations?

- Penalizes individuals or organizations that have criticized him?

Fortunately, his approval rating is going down, I'm seeing a lot of Trumpers say that they now regret voting for him. Only the most culty of the MAGA cult are strongly behind him.

Some Trumpers are finally waking up to reality!

I think it will be safe to wear this "Don't blame me, I voted for her" shirt this summer 👇

Is is possible for citizens of the USA to file a class action lawsuit against the President of the United States?

In particular, I am thinking a) violating the oath of the office [Article II Section 1] "...to preserve, protect and defend the Constituation..." and b) "...prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the rights of the people peacefully to assemble; and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." (First Amendment).

How does one begin such a class action lawsuit?

Expand full comment
Lance Konover's avatar

Trump is certainly far exceeding his Constitutional powers. He is not executing the Presidency properly, nor does he care to. It does seem like vast over-

reach. It would be a very unique procedure and would be subject to the uproar of the century if it were even considered.

It would be very complex and complicated to file a class action lawsuit. I'm guessing that it would be MOST effective if people who were directly affected by his actions joined (people with concrete proof rather than a generalized statement; so Abrego Garcia or journalists from the Associated press for example). BUT the POTUS has immunity for charges while sitting in office, esp ones regarding presidential actions takens. If it were a private action that didn't have anything to do with presidential actions, then he could be charged. Otherwise, it would be very difficult to file a class action lawsuit against him.

The best course of action would be... 1. House representative files for impeachment 2. Majority vote in House that supports the impeachment 3. Trial proceeds with Senate 4. Senate finds them guilty and they are removed from office 5. THEN the DOJ can file charges against POTUS and proceed with criminal charges.

I did find an article online relating to this topic if you would like to read:

Thanks. I understand the Constitutional Impeachment process, and realize that the current House of Representatives will never impeach him.

We the People need to do something.

He doesn't play by the rules of the Constitution so maybe it's time We the People do things differently too.

Since, the Constitution is a contract between We the People and the Government, it seems that a person civil suit for breach of contract should be a course of action.

shay's avatar

Yeah I don't have much faith in the house submitting articles of impeachment AND the senate following through either. But we still need to be pressuring them to do so. I have been emailing reps daily requesting them to submit and support articles of impeachment. It's been difficult for me to email reps that aren't mine though, so I fear it needs to be a collective action that everyone makes across the country.

Thank you! I learned so much from your show today. The DOJ under trump is corrupt AF! I hope that all of the lawyers in the DOJ, including Pam Bondi, are disbarred for life and barred from participating in government ever again, including as lobbyists. As far as that goes, lobbying should be illegal. There is too much corruption in that practice. trump must be impeached and prosecuted. He must also be tried when he is out of office for all of the crimes for which he has been indicted and will be indicted. Life in prison should be his sentence.
