Letter on Presidents’ Day
Dear Meidas Mighty,
This is Ben Meiselas, co-founder of the MeidasTouch Network, writing to you on Presidents’ Day 2026.

Presidents’ Day is supposed to be about honoring leadership. Instead, we wake up under the worst president in American history, Donald Trump, spiraling as his cover-up of the Epstein files continues to unravel. Every day brings new humiliations. Every hour brings new body blows. The American people are dissecting it all in real time here at the MeidasTouch Network.
Around the world, accountability is happening. Governments are opening investigations. Prosecutors are pursuing cases. Leaders are stepping down. But here in the United States, the cabal in the Oval Office, the Epstein class, and their protectors try to run out the clock and bully their way through scandal. They miscalculated.
The power in this country does not belong to them. It belongs to the people. And the people are not scared.
Look at what just happened at the Munich conference. Former allies openly questioning American leadership. World leaders no longer pretending this is normal. They are asserting themselves, declaring that the era of being bullied by Trump is over. That is not strength. That is the global consequence of a regime that has lost credibility.
Back home, you see it everywhere. Communities organizing. Survivors speaking out. Independent journalists refusing to be intimidated. Even segments of Trump’s own base turning on him as the lies collapse under their own weight. He has lost the culture. He has lost moral authority. And he is losing control.
A weak and desperate regime is dangerous. They will lash out. They will attack independent media. They will try to silence the MeidasTouch Network and anyone who exposes them. But we are not backing down. We are not intimidated. And neither are you.
On this Presidents’ Day, we don’t celebrate authoritarianism. We don’t normalize fascism. We recommit to fighting it.
We reflect on how far this movement has come in just one year. Stronger. Louder. More united. This community has built something powerful, something they cannot control.
