I attended our protest in a small North Central Town. It was a decent turnout and we received a lot of support from the community as they drove by. I was so surprised, because this is a red area! No Kings!!!

I blame the people who deny what is happening and what is going to happen, thus justifying their lack of action, as much responsible for this travesty as the people actively tramping upon our rights. Apathy and disbelief of reality is our downfall unless everyone wakes the fuck up yesterday!!!!
At this point, who exactly is to blame is moot. How do we turn it around? How do we ENSURE our democracy? How do we get those who actually WANT Donald Drumpf to be the "king" to understand what that would actually mean for our country?
A few Congressional Republicans could come to their minds.
To get started, ask House Republicans to sign the Epstein petition.
That is the real issue I think. When Grijalda is sworn in and the vote is cast to open the vote to the floor there will be serious issues for the Republicans to consider.
They will have to weigh whether they want to suffer the wrath of trump and MAGA or that of their constituents who will determine whether they are re-elected again.
Depending on who donates to their campaigns they will have to weigh whether they can afford to lose that money if they vote contrary to their feed bags.
It really is no surprise that they want to put this off as long as possible. I think that they really thought that people would just "move on" if they could just delay enough. Instead the delay just added more fuel to the fire, like the Epstein documents held being released by the family.
Like now the question of not only who was involved with the young victims; but, also money laundering and other illegal financial issues, like blackmail and the list of presents given to people.
The sooner it comes to a head the better. The stink is going to be terrific, Hmmm , maybe I should see about getting a gas mask.
I sometimes wonder if these maga Congress and Senate people aren't living with a figurative weapon to their heads. We all knew that a few R's were already insane, but all of them? It's that reality we are facing. A few admitted to worrying about their safety.
That is pretty much what I meant by them worrying about the wrath of trump and MAGA. Massie was the first brave Republican to speak up. MTG and Boebert have rebelled re the Epstein victims. Some of course are in complete agreement with trump while others perhaps are not secure in their seats and have the factors that I mentioned above to consider.
There's no telling what skeletons may lie in their closets that they fear will be exposed if they cross trump. We don't know what credible threats they may have received.

No. It’s not. Because we need those people to get their heads out of their asses and cease to be the problem and join us in the solution. Then, they need to teach others what their apathy caused because if we get out of this mess, we have to ensure it doesn’t happen again. At least not anytime soon.

There are multiple parties proving that he did cheat; however, since he’s in charge, spreading the word has been difficult at best. Actually DOING anything about it is next to impossible. Aside from straight out cheating, the vote absofuckinglutely was manipulated. That is fact.

I attended our protest in a small North Central Town. It was a decent turnout and we received a lot of support from the community as they drove by. I was so surprised, because this is a red area! No Kings!!!

I know a few people there who are lifelong Democrats. It's affordable, and close to family. They don't socialize much since moving there about 7 years ago.
