Substack should be working hard to make this a safe place to click on "Reply" or "Like." We need trust now more than ever and are counting on Substack to demonstrate they are trustworthy caretakers of its users. They could start by getting rid of the horrid 3rd party who is now the only place we can bring IT issues to their attention. I was told I had to accept their legalese "terms"; I had no choice to I did, but the promised horrid "chat bot" never appeared! So now where do we go for help?
