I'm concerned that some people will buy into the sudden rational behavior of some of the MAGA congresspersons. Massey, Rand Paul, Boebert, and MTG have all been flirting with more normal personas with the midterms approaching. Their voting records are unchanged, though.

I am not sure of the exact wording but it goes something like this, If there are 10 people sitting at a table and only 9 claim to be a Nazi, in reality there are 10 Nazi at the table. Went to the FDA website this morning to look something up. There is a huge banner decrying that the "radical left democrat shutdown" is the reason for the gov't shutdown and the orange menace reaaaaally wants to help, it's not his fault those meany dems shut everything down (and yes that is so much sarcasm - can't help it I am pissed at fellow humans being this obsequious to oligarchs. As if it will help their lives at ALL).
When the republicans control this regime top to bottom (president, congress, senate, and ffs even the supreme court) somehow it's not their fault. WTAF - do people honestly believe that nonsense??? Like seriously?
Thank you for letting me vent here in your comment section and thank you for the work you continue to do. It feels like a brief respite from crazy-town to find folks who have the ability for critical thinking these days.

The 3.5% Rule says that 3.5% of the population (only 11 million in America) must exhibit SUSTAINED RESISTANCE to effectively enact change. The Anti-tRump protests are major wins towards our goal of getting the tRump out of our White House. But the next steps in the Anti-tRump movement must show our commitment to SUSTAINED RESISTANCE.
We must stop The tRump and his administration from hell! The demonic tRump and his billionaire oligarch only care about money. LET'S SHUT THIS FUCKIN’ COUNTRY DOWN!!!
General Strike US supporters are organizing a National Strike. The most powerful strikers are the workers who are employed by the national multi-billionaire companies like Amazon, chain stores and restaurants who have locations in nearly every state across the country, like Amazon, Walmart, McDonald's along with technology and auto, like Tesla, Apple, Meta (Facebook) , Alphabet (Google) workers like these will have the most impact. The rest of us should be boycotting these companies. Keep your money in your own communities and when possible please support small grocery stores, restaurants and businesses instead.
The most important thing Non-Strikers and everyone can do is use your words (verbal or written) to inform everyone about the Strike and the Boycotts. Those that are capable please stop making the greedy billionaire oligarchs even richer. STOP SHOPPING and BUYING from INTERNATIONAL BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES! Make yourselves richer and buy GROCERIES AND NECESSITIES ONLY until we get the Limp Dick Traitor out the White House and out of our government!!!

Our wise Government leaders are telling us that we the people need to be the ones to organize the Anti-tRump Resistance. The protests, the boycotts, the marches, the strikes, the blackouts are all being organized by true heroic everyday citizens! The last protest I attended was planned by a group of Grandmas!
One Million Rising (on YouTube) is a great free resource to train organizers how to build a movement. The organizers can use that free education to build whatever kind of resistance they want.
The rallies are wonderful but not as effective as Strikes and Blackouts. All of these only work if people are willing to commit to making some sacrifices. Unfortunately, most Americans don't seem to give a damn. It's easy to tell which ones are committed to saving our democracy and which aren't by asking how many new seldom wore clothes/shoes are in their closets, how many beauty products are cluttering their bathrooms, how much money are they spending on unnecessary travel, entertainment and socializing (theaters, streaming services, bars, sport events, concerts, eating out). If we aren't willing to make these small temporary sacrifices now, we may soon have nothing left to fight for.
Führer tRump has begun the beginning stages of genocide in the USA. People are dieing because of him, his ICE Gestapo and his Administration from hell. Unless you want your children and grandchildren to grow up in this hate filled Un-United nation we all must rise, unite and support the resistance in every way possible.
