You are out of your mind. About 2 years ago, Rachel wrote a book where she highlighted the meeting of the Nazis in 1930s at Madison Square Garden. It was the first time I became aware of that. She also indicated that the Nazis were supported by a prominent millionaire, Henry Ford. In an interview she intimated that the current Nazi movement may very well have the support of another US billionaire, likely Elon Musk. She was spot on. She is one of the best and most fearless journalists out there.

If you cannot even back up your own claim and admit it's entirely "subjective", then you're confirming my point: you're here to vent, not to have a rational, real debate (defined as: a conversation that allows us all to get closer to reality by studying objective, proven evidence and facts).

Democracy cannot survive without real debates among citizens who disagree. So feel free to use a Substack as nerdy as Krugman's to merely whine, but in that case, your attitude is definitely part of the problem, not the solution.

Morning Ben and the Meidas Mighty! While you might not be able to pay Bill Owens the salary he deserves, getting him for an interview would be great. Hopefully he doesn’t have an NDA that precludes him from speaking out on what Trump is doing to the media and his efforts to stifle him. An interview like that would be possibly an inspiration to many more journalists to stand up to the regime. And it pains me to see 60 Minutes, one of the beacons of truth to be under attack. They have no bias but the truth like the Meidas Touch Network. They report on things critical of Democrats and Republicans, as journalists should.
