Let’s talk raw data. The Podscribe Podcast charts were just released, showing the Joe Rogan Experience and the MeidasTouch Podcast as the most downloaded podcasts in the world.

Joe Rogan comes in at number 1 on Podscribe, with MeidasTouch at number 2.

Podscribe is the industry leader in podcast tracking.

It’s worth noting that the Podscribe charts only measure “podcasts” and do not include the total views/downloads of most of the “hot takes” by Ben Meiselas individually.

Adweek previously found that when you factor in all digital views, MeidasTouch was tied with Disney as the most-watched digital content in its study, with Rogan at number 2.

Being number 2 on the Podscribe Podcast charts is a huge accomplishment, and we share it with all of you. Still, we have a lot of work ahead of us to try and overtake Joe Rogan as the top podcast in the world.

Other notable mentions on the Podscribe list include NPR News Now at number 4, Candace Owens at number 5, and Ben Shapiro at number 6. Legal AF, another MeidasTouch property, comes in at number 8. The folks at Pod Save America are number 18, beating Tucker Carlson at number 19.

Folks, this is an accomplishment we’re celebrating together before Christmas and the holidays. All of these other shows are part of corporate conglomerates or have massively wealthy backers. Not us.

We are the Meidas Mighty. We are people-powered. That’s our secret sauce. It’s you! We have no outside investors. Zero. We grow through things like subscriptions to this Substack. What a concept! And grow we have. Always together. Always with you by our side.

If you can help us continue to grow by becoming a paid subscriber now, it makes a big, big difference. Let’s try to beat Joe Rogan this time next year. Did you know you can also buy paid subscriptions as gifts for family and friends this holiday season?

Can we try to get 2,000 new paid subscribers by Christmas Day? 🎅
