Next, I want to address a few things. While my values certainly align with the progressive label, what is most important to me is getting out the truth in our reporting.

The truth is, Trump is running a failed authoritarian regime. America in 2025 is no longer a democracy. It’s a dictatorship run by a cognitively spiraling malignant narcissist. The regime is being defeated by pro-democracy forces every day, but we have to push harder. We can’t give up or slow down.

Our coverage of Trump joining Israel’s war against Iran focused on objective data. The corporate news went into propaganda mode to start firing up Americans to go to war. We pushed back. According to the YouGov poll yesterday, 84 percent of Americans do not want America to be in a war with Iran.

Our war coverage led all networks in views—just as our protest coverage led all networks. We are continuing to grow as a network thanks to you. We have invested in new editors on the team, we’ve developed new YouTube channels, and we’ve brought on new hosts. This is all thanks to you—our subscribers.

We know that Trump and Fox want us shut down. We know the fight will intensify. But I am glad we are in democracy summer. It’s exactly as we predicted—that the country would have an awakening and Trump would get more desperate. That’s what we are seeing.

We will not take our eyes off coverage of the disastrous budget bill. We will not lose track of ICE raids against migrants. We will not get distracted from Trump covering up the Epstein files. We will not lose sight of Trump’s disastrous trade war against the world and the wars raging around the world. We will continue to build out shows like Meidas Health. We’ve focused a ton recently on international perspectives.
