Meiselas Responds to Trump Attacking Meidas in Court

If you’re wondering if I had Donald Trump attacking me and MeidasTouch in court on my BINGO card, the answer is yes. He is a coward. He is a loser. This is what cowards and losers do.
Look at who we’re dealing with here. Rather than behave like an adult, Trump has been posting AI memes of himself annexing Canada. He’s a clown. Of course, I’ve been prepared for Trump to attack me, MeidasTouch, and our hosts in court. It doesn’t scare me one bit. In fact, I slept better last night because I know how weak he is for trying to intimidate us this way.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, yesterday Donald Trump filed a motion to dismiss his New York felony convictions. One of his main arguments, on pages 15/16, was that he didn’t get a fair trial because of the coverage we did at the MeidasTouch Network of his criminal conduct. I’m not making this up. Donald Trump called us out by name in his motion and accused us of prejudicing him at trial. Totally frivolous filth.
Look, it’s obvious the MeidasTouch Network is going to be a target of Trump over the next four years. The idea of running away or stopping what we’re doing here hasn’t even crossed my mind. I’m going to stand my ground. The MeidasTouch Network is going to stand its ground. We’re going to grow. We’re going to fight.
I know we’re already beating Fox News in views and engagement on digital platforms. But I want to grow this platform with you, the MeidasMighty, even more—to make it so big and so strong that we can save and protect our democracy for generations to come.
It’s obvious Trump tried to threaten us with his motion. Well, it didn’t work. It made me even more motivated this morning. It fortified our resolve.

Well I’m with you guys all the way 100%. I’m sick of Trump and Maga Bullying People. Trump is a coward and a wimp. I’m so thankful for MeidasTouch and this community for telling the truth and standing up to these nuts who think they can bully and threaten people.
