This holiday weekend we saw the worst of the regime. We are seeing major cracks form in the regime.

Trump was golfing all weekend as Texas experienced catastrophic flash floods. We send our deepest condolences to all those affected.

MeidasTouch was the first to report on the connection between Trump’s cuts to weather forecasters and emergency personnel and what transpired.

On Sunday night, Trump’s DOJ leaked a memo claiming that the “Epstein List” never existed.

Trump’s DOJ now claims that Epstein never tried to blackmail rich men with a list.

This contradicts the statements by Trump’s AG Pam Bondi and others that they had the list on their table and were going to release it.

The MeidasTouch Network has been leading all news in the coverage of Trump’s links to Epstein. We’ve landed many exclusives on the topic. We have made sure to keep this front and center in the news as Trump tries to cover up his involvement.

This weekend, Trump also admitted that he has not made trade deals with any countries. Instead, he is sending them letters to tell them what their tariffs are going to be, and Trump says he will call this a deal.

Trump’s Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent claims Trump never said he would make 90 deals in 90 days, and Bessent says most countries never even called the United States.

All this regime does is lie.

Also, the Houthis struck a commercial ship in the Red Sea despite Trump claiming there is a ceasefire. Yet another lie.

Trump continues to claim he was joking and being sarcastic when he said he would negotiate peace in Ukraine. Putin spent the weekend mocking Donald Trump and escalating attacks on Ukraine.

There is a lot going on. What is clear is Trump is an absolute failure.

One of the things I am proud to see is MeidasTouch forcing other news outlets to grow a spine and cover what’s actually happening. You may have noticed that once MeidasTouch led the coverage in these areas, other outlets felt less scared to publish and talk about these matters.

It is increasingly obvious that many outlets are simply copying our reporting and programming choices. I’m fine with this imitation since it means others are more forcefully calling out the regime.

I am going to keep this post short.

I am confident you’ve seen how our reporting met the moment this holiday weekend and shaped all of the coverage out there, which has made it harder for Trump’s propaganda to take hold.

Again, we were one of the only outlets that covered the fairly large protests this weekend as well.
