Looking how they use the material and store in such a large container containers raises lots of concerns about logistics. The only way I see us getting it is if we had their cooperation. That’s what happened with Russia and so you have to have a dialogue and a reasonable settlement.

I had to undergo security clearance screening at the top secret level prior to assuming my jobs because my jobs required me to handle and be exposed to TS information.
