Hi all, Ben here. It’s Monday, this has been one of the more stacked news days we’ve had in a while, and considering the news cycle, that says a whole lot. Let’s get into what we’re tracking today:

  • The Supreme Court drops a series of major rulings, including a win for mail-in ballots, a win for Fed independence, a fatal blow to other independent agencies, and the final word on E. Jean Carroll’s case against Trump, with even more rulings still to come tomorrow

  • Trump’s “Great American State Fair” on the National Mall is still drawing basically nobody, becoming an instant meme… Even as Fox tries to pretend otherwise

  • The US and Iran are now apparently set to meet in Doha on Tuesday after a weekend of strikes and counterstrikes over the Strait of Hormuz

  • Iran’s president says $6 billion in frozen assets held in Qatar will be returned

  • A senior Lebanese official slams the US-brokered Israel-Lebanon agreement

  • Tickets to the Obama Presidential Center remain sold out through November

  • Venezuelan politician Diosdado Cabello is caught on video blocking US rescue efforts in Venezuela
