The work will continue AFTER the mid terms. We need to remind the people in Congress and Senate what they need to do. We need to keep pushing for our rights and make sure Trump doesn't try to illegally mess with the results. And keep Musk far away from all of it. Maybe send him to Mars.

The Democrats in the Senate and House must be reminded they report to us, not AIPAC. New leadership is needed in both chambers of Congress!

No support for Israel. None. Zero.

I’m afraid Musk’s tentacles will have to be surgically extracted from our voting system.

Keep reminding the elected officials they work for us not the other way around

The single most important thing we can do is vote Democratic on every single vote this year. And make sure to remind our friends and family to vote.

I'm intrigued by the idea of an "anti" Federalist Society organization. It is very forward thinking and I'd like to hear more about it as your thoughts progress. It's exactly the kind of long term solution that will start to protect the Rule of Law. Great idea, Ben!

And while you're at it, how about an anti-Heritage Foundation?

As an Afghan ally who was left behind after years of standing with America, I understand exactly why this fight matters. When governments forget the people who stood beside them, ordinary people pay the price. We need leaders who remember their promises and take responsibility for their allies.

We have to vote this year like it might be the last time.

Thanks for the morning message

My husband and I already voted hand delivered to our city hall and put it in the lock box in the clerks office My husband researched the judges the university board members we marked our ballot each block we marked Found out it after we voted that judges won’t get counted if you do not mark the box by who you want Lucky for us we wanted to mark each box ourselves Just a heads up make each box so you do get a true blue ballot Thank you Ben and your talented brothers for dedicating your life to fighting for our country

Received our mail in ballots in Colorado and ready to vote and take them to our secure dropboxes

No, don't spike at all. Give some love to the South and races that will be important in so many ways. Hard to believe, but the SC Senate race still shows nepo-senior Darline Graham just ahead of a practicing, centrist Dem pediatrician. Give some love to House races in NC, long so very gerrymandered that federal elections are the state's only help. We are doing postcard campaigns down here, souls to polls, and Indivisible outreach every damn day.

I can’t thank you enough for the important work you and your brothers are doing. In this time of darkness, you are one of the few things that give me hope.

How many times have I read messages like the one to which I am now responding?

I didn’t get to the States until I was 30 so at least I was spared pontificating, self congratulatory missives before then.

Are you all blind to the absolutely appalling amount of corruption that is woven into the behavior of almost every US politician? Congress is bought and paid for by ‘special interests’. I cannot understand why the American public do not rise up and call this whole system out. I know it is an overwhelmingly challenging problem, but surely there are some undaunted courageous honorable citizens who might feel it is necessary to put a stop to this travesty. The makers of the Constitution and all those souls who fought so that this country could establish a government of their own choosing must be turning in their graves. If any of them were forced to return to this country the way that it is now, their hearts may be broken. They would be ashamed. I have been here since 1981. I pay my taxes, I obey the laws and follow the spirit as it was envisaged as best I can, but I do not want to put my name down as a citizen of this country. Do not mistake me, I am grateful that I am permitted to live here and enjoy such benefits as may be given to me, but I come from a place where the government would not be able to get away with egregious actions that those in power here feel free to perform. It is a great shame. I pray for this country and its poor citizens, who are being led down the garden path. They go without a protest. Even the press has not taken up the cry about the dishonesty, selfishness, greed, bribery and injustice that the government displays.

Neither of the major political parties will address these issues wholeheartedly. They are themselves deep in the ghastliness of it all. And they have the gall to discuss the Swamp. They are all at this stage hip deep in it.

For shame.

I will continue to pray for this poor blind and benighted country.

God bless all who are involved.

Some of us have been fighting for decades, and it's been very disappointing that what I've fought for is being destroyed (rule of law, civil rights, freedom of speech, freedom of religion) or has been made illegal (female's bodily autonomy). When I read the GOP candidate for prez was going to be the felon in 2015, my friends and I started to fight even harder, but nobody with power listened, and nobody with power offered to help the poor children being kidnapped. Not even the Pope - though I did receive a short reply that the Pope doesn't involve Himself in governments.

Unfortunately I watched as most of my neighbors became maga. Now, since their regime is deporting unaccompanied children to countries in which they don't speak the language and they are too young to work, I'll be calling them monster magas...They've demonstrated their hatred and poor choices for years now. So they are monsters to me. There is no excuse to send a 3 year old to a foreign country... IMO, everything that happens to the unaccompanied minors will happen repeatedly to them, after their natural death. To hurt a child... Saying 'I didn't vote for this.' or ' I just want everyone to be happy', or 'I'm not happy about what is happening (but haven't called their reps or done anything)': will not excuse their treatment of children.

I agree completely. It is tragic.

Thank You MTN.

I am so thankful for this community.

It’s going to be a hard fight to remove this regime from power but I am so hopeful for the mid terms. 💕

I've lost track of how many Meidas accounts I've signed up for but happy to participate in this noble venture. I live in Toronto on the north shore of Lake "America". Oh my god I can't stop laughing while typing that. Watching your buffoon president speak it's like looking at road kill. You have to take a look. Oh and did I hear people cheering in Oklahoma when he told Iran they could attack LA and San Diego? I bet there wasn't a full set of teeth in the entire crowd.

Funny on the old people joke...if you're lucky you'll live long enough to experience people like you thinking old people are stupid. lol

There are more young people where I live that would die for the felon, than old people. Monstrous Magas are loyal to their savior, and they don't care who they harm. And they are of all ages. Even their young children mimic what their monstrous maga parents say. I call them Monsters because anyone who supports deporting an unaccompanied child to a country they've never been to and cannot speak the language, is a MONSTER. Sending a child with no protections...we all know the dangers of what can and will happen to them. They are MONSTERS.

The full set of teeth comment wasn't an old people joke, it was more of a socio-economic joke. The list of heinous crimes that Trump is responsible for is mind boggling that he is president of the US. Forget the letter of the law, the lack of morality that clown exhibits puts him in the category of worst human beings that have ever existed. He will burn in hell if there is one.

Ben, I am in Ohio. Yesterday, I passed several gas stations in townships just north of Cincinnati. Unleaded reg was $3.34 MOL; diesel not listed. The governor had ordered state tax be removed to lower prices but Ive not seen anything in the media saying he did. I asked the cashiers in 3 different stations but got “don’t know why prices are down.” IMO, Republican gov trying to aid Rep senator Husted who is running behind. Also Trump was here in Dayton spewing his venom as per usual.
