I posted an interview I did with Colin Kaepernick yesterday, in advance of the release of his book, The Perilous Fight. We did an hour together. Reading your comments, I was truly humbled by all the feedback, and I shared it with Colin.

I am a huge Kaep fan . . . always was. I have his 49er jersey as I am a 49er fan. I understood his reason for taking a knee, (I was at that game when he did it) it was never about politics, it was about humanity and taking care of others and the underdogs. Truth be told, I've never liked the NFL since they blackballed him - shameful and disgraceful. I will buy his book and will always support him. He will be remembered in history for having the guts to stand up for the oppressed. I stand with Kaep.

This was a great interview!! Ben, on some of your interviews, you spend a lot of time leading up to a question and then asking the question. You did not do that with Colin and the interview flowed much better and I got to hear more from Colin.
Also, thank you for making the interview a separate podcast. Would you consider making all of your interviews a separate podcast? You post so many podcasts that I cannot keep up. I know I have missed some good interviews recently but I do not know what podcast they are on.
Finally, this has nothing to do with the interview, but just a suggestion. Would you consider a nightly news style recap of all the news of the day? There is just so much going on that I get lost with all the podcasts and other independent journalists and I can't keep it straight. I tried going back to corporate newspapers but they did not have any relevant news. Your podcast is my only source of news but most of the time, it is an overwhelming amount of content to consume.
I so enjoyed this interview! I also love that the musicians who were part of Ed Sheeran’s tour took their power, made their voices heard and left his tour! That speaks volumes and then Robert Kraft folded too because so many fans were appalled by his actions. Amen to the POWER of the PEOPLE!
I had this argument over 50 years ago as the stupid voters approved a levy to fund the Tacoma Stadium. And stupid they are, Those in the real estate business were of course gung ho, developers who are like sharks and have to keep swimming (developing) less they suffocate are for it, law firms and greedy little mom and pops are for it. The homeowner pays and a handful reap the rewards.
I didn't know this background, Ben. Now there is even more reason for me to support your work. (Which I was already doing!) Also, just as a note: I pre-ordered your book on 9/11. I thought the date fitting. Thank you for everything you're doing to keep us informed and give us additional ways to resist this corrupt administration. <3
