Cancel the tax breaks or incentives they are getting, have them provide and pay for their own power and water sources and maybe then they'd think twice about building them. The oligarchs can't get richer then, either.

If Trump wants to be in favor of data centers then he can put a data center on the lawn of Mar-A-Lago and on each of his golf courses. Then put up windmills nearby to help generate the electrical power they will use. Some Chinese solar panels covering the driving ranges would complete the look.

They're going to take up all the land the farms are going to be completely gone. And even if they were there, the food would be toxic. That would be grown there. People are going to die from just breathing in that place. What do we need with these data centers? Anyway, they're wanting to spread them out everywhere. We need massive data centers to facilitate all the scams, spams, and slop that choke the internet and negatively impact so many lives, not to mention the wasted hours and stress they cause us.
China built wind farms via God help us....WIND MILLS!! LOL!!! Wind mill farms in the ocean to power and cool the AI data centers...they are already winning the race. So is climate change, now. We are all TOAST anyway!!

They rent from farmers however much land the turbine base takes, plus a gravel road leading to the turbine. Windmills are the shorter things, on 3 legs. Wind turbines don't have legs, just 1 very tall base with 3 big ass turbines. There's a red flashing light up top, alerting any private planes so they don't fly into them.
I don't know why 1 in my area was removed. In a field, on the corner. The company took the whole corner of the field, placing trailers everywhere, next thing you knew the wind turbine was down. They removed it, and the next time we went by, all trailers were gone, the gravel they placed for their trailers was gone and it was replaced with rich black dirt. Corn growing there now. Wildest thing we've seen in a long time. Again, no clue why.
