SPEAKER 1
You're on Popak Live, a new community, a new show that we're building on Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on this Midas Touch YouTube channel. I'm Michael Popak. I take questions. I give answers. I don't pull punches. I don't take prisoners. And let's dive into the top six topics I want to talk about today.
0:18
We're going to talk about the 11th Circuit and what's going on, not just with Volume 1 of Jack Smith's report that's already out, and I'm going to give an analysis of it in a minute, but Volume 2, Mar-a-Lago. Will that ever see the light of day? Will it ever get out to Congress?
0:33
Why is Judge Cannon playing an elaborate game of Squid Game? Red light, green light. Are we ever going to see Mar-a-Lago at the public? Or is it going to be trapped in the world of Eileen Cannon and then the inauguration happens? We'll talk about that. Then I'm going to talk about Jack Smith's

Leave flags at half-mast in honor of President Carter. Biden gave his order. Trump and Moses Mike can just continue to whine!! Screw them!

Many MM posts agreed that Jummy Carter would approve of flying the flag upside down. The country is in a state of distress. Moses Mike proves again he is a traitor for raising the flag.

Thank you for making this free. I am on a fixed income and I can’t subscribe to every podcast. Everyone wants you to subscribe. I don’t think it’s very fair to us who are on fixed incomes and can’t do that.

Agree! I live only on social security and every single substack I get (free) asks to upgrade to paid at least 3 times in one post. And being reminded you're missing out for not forking over $$$ is making me feel like I'm being treated like the underdog ... very MAGA.

Everything you can do to amplify the message is helpful. Likes, comments, sharing. They are all important. The asks aren't personal - they are even in the content where I've upgraded to paid. I think one way to push mainstream

Media to report the truth is for them to see the viewers/consumers get their news from other sources. If you can choose to pay for one, I recommend it. If not, that's fine. Do what you can to engage with their content. We all can engage in whatever way works for us. Eyes forward!

I may just continue to fly my flag at half mast from 12:00 pm on Jan. 20 2025 until DJT leaves office or the Democrats retake the presidency which ever happens first. (So if JDV takes over because DJT dies in office…)

No, not a Navy veteran. I was an editor for 45 years…and widow of a writer and military historian who was the son of a career U.S. Air Corps/Force pilot. My husband was an admirer of Waves and other women who served, especially in that era. He interviewed several. Our daughters were named for early aviatrixes. I guess I do feel attached to the military in my own way. I’m very grateful for your service.

As far as Jimmy Carter is concerned, the disrespect is intentional. Trump doesn't want to cede a bit of his spotlight to someone who built a legacy on character and service. The funeral was less about a celebration of life, and more about court intrigue and posturing. It's all a dance except in this case, it's a massive game of chicken.

We have had a preponderance of evidence. We all know that the crimes are extensive. There's not going to be a panacea where all of the sudden this new evidence is suddenly going to be a dagger. The fact of the matter is that those in power know he's guilty, they just don't care.

I think these reports are so damning that people are falling on their axes to keep it from coming out. There are so many people in leadership who have skeletons and it's obvious that blackmail is heavily in play. Everyone is so busy trying to protect their image that they are willing to sell out the entire country rather than admitting their complicity.

Their way of protecting their image by destroying the country is more damaging to it.

That operative word about casting. Trump can't function without a full staff. His whole persona is dependent on Hollywood magic. The potential incoming cabinet is made up of yes men who all have something that Trump wants. He's not in this for governance he's in it to be the prom king. No one likes Trump. He has nothing to offer and he's as insecure as it gets. He's dumb as a rock and he's painfully aware of his deficiencies. But with Hollywood magic, he can pretend. It's so pathetic because the only friends he has are through fear and avarice. His cabinet picks are nerds doing the prom king's homework so they can get a seat at the lunch table.

I appreciate all the updates, but surely more could be done before 2029. Like get him out of office before then. It seems our country is being held for random for the next 4 miserable years. I'm really losing hope and faith for our country and all of us that didn't vote for him. Our country is an embarrassment to the world. Then the countries with a authoritarian government is praising him. Maybe not publicly but I'm sure there are conversations between Trump and those leaders. I never ever thought I would ever see such a person elected for president and so many that are brainwashed cult members. Inside I'm brokenhearted, baffled and confused trying to figure out how we got in such a situation. Only God can help us now I believe. 💔🤔😪

The US justice system is so corrupt it is sickening. Garland is corrupt or incompetent, the Supreme Court is full of corruption, Cannon is obvious corrupt. What type of retribution do you think Trump will do to to Jack Smith and Garland. Trump has said he will go after his enemies. I worry that Trump will go after them and others. He is a spiteful POS and who knows what that Thing called Trump will do.

Very scary times with that thing (man) leading our country.

Trump won't bother Garland. After all, Garland saved him by delaying any prosecution for at least 2 years, which gave Trump a big head start, time to appeal anything and everything over and over to run out the time. You are aware Garland is a Republican and was when Biden appointed him? I think Smith doesn't want a pardon by Trump because it would be admitting he committed a crime.

I think if Trump would have been tried early on soon after the insurrection, he would have been found guilty and maybe served some sort of sentence. I blame Merrick Garland for delaying his prosecution to the point the public was used to it and over the shock of the chaos and damage caused by the insurrection. Garland's appointment as Attorney General was one of Biden's many bad administrative choices. Biden knew Garland was a Republican.

So what is it with Joni Ernst? Looks like she (1) loves her career & (2) hates women, both more than she values honesty, integrity, equal rights, & basic human decency. In my opinion, if she votes in favor of the Hegseth nomination, she no longer has any right to speak on behalf of women in the military (or in any other walk of life), nor survivors of sexual assault. For shame.

The FBI's delay in investigating Trump's nominees is another disappointment of the DOJ, and is similar to Garland's slowness to investigate the Jan 6 insurrection. The majority of the FBI and DOJ, including Garland are republicans. Biden could have and probably should have appointed some Democrats, especially at top of DIJ and FBI.

He is as _*Anti-Christian as the Jews & Gentiles were to Christ when he was on earth._*

#RealChristians -*willingly follow the Bible commandments and principles ONLY, from Almighty God, they Jesus Christ!_* You cannot pick and choose what you WANT to follow!

#Proverbs 6:16-19

16)There are six things that GOD hates; Yes, seven things that he detests:  17) Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18) A heart plotting wicked schemes, and feet that run quickly to evil, 19) A false witness who LIES with every breath, And anyone sowing contentions among brothers.

Which of these do these hypocrites NOT disobey. This isn't the only scripture that is VERY CLEAR about what God will NOT tolerate.

A real Christian focuses their life on Jesus’ words, and much less on the conflicted and angry pettiness of the Old Testament. Jesus brought change, in spirit and action, to refocus believers on love, humility, kindness and living with God through an accepting and humble heart that leads through kindness. Jimmy Carter understood.

It’s not just Trump’s lies, it’s his prideful neediness and his valuing of money over even ordinary decency, let alone his fellow humans. For Trump and his surrounding cult, Christianity is just a tool they use to control and sucker his MAGA tribe.
