We led off the show talking about the assassination of TurningPoint USA founder and leader Charlie Kirk, whose death was announced while we were live on air. As you know, I have followed many people on the Right for years, Kirk and I followed each other and have certainly had our differences on a lot of things.

I went on social media some since this happened and it is very ugly. It is also very ugly what is being said on Fox. Leaders in both parties have been victims of terrible incidents of political violence and it is never the answer. I really fear the fallout from this for our politics, which was already pretty toxic, because the things being said right now in the wake of this is not great.

I also talked about the Republican reaction and the various cover stories being advanced by Trump and Republicans to Congress to attempt to explain away the latest evidence disclosed by Oversight Dems on Epstein.

We also talked about Trump and Karoline Leavitt’s repulsive comments about domestic violence.

I went into RFK Jr’s latest insanity where he attempts to link mass shootings with SSRI meds, and why his theories don’t hold up when you look at other countries.

We also spent a lot of time discussing the situation in Poland and Ukraine with Putin continuing to test Trump with another escalation by flying deadly drones deep into Polish airspace. I also talked about JD Vance’s comments last night on Matt Gaetz’s show about how he thinks the conflict could be resolved, which is basically exactly what Putin wants.

We went over the details of the Supreme Court decision which now allows racial profiling by ICE agents.

Sean Duffy’s threat to pull funding from public transit funding from Democratic cities, Tom Hanks’ award ceremony from West Point getting canceled, and lots of other stuff to round out the show.
