Ron Filipkowski on Today's Uncovered
We started out today’s show with the breaking news that Trump’s new interim US Attorney Lindsey Halligan is seeking to indict former FBI Director James Comey this week before the statute of limitations expires next Tuesday. This reeks of naked corruption and abuse of power as Trump just forced his former US Attorney to resign after he determined there was insufficient evidence to charge Comey or Letitia James.
I then discussed Trump’s visit yesterday to the UN for his big speech. All the controversy surrounding the escalator and teleprompter, then the substance of the speech itself. We spent quite a bit of time on the UN visit.
We also talked about the insane press conference Trump gave with RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz where they claimed that Tylenol was the cause of autism.
I also went into some detail of what is really going on with the bailout of Argentina including Elon Musk’s involvement behind the scenes.
We talked about Jimmy Kimmel’s return to the airwaves and the latest on the drama unfolding with Sinclair as they continue to refuse to air his show on local channels.
We talked about the Charlie Kirk’s memorial service turning into a right-wing political rally with Stephen Miller adopting themes from a Joseph Goebbels speech in the 1930s.
I also explained the latest on the potential government shutdown next week, the issues and stakes involved, what Trump, Thune, and Johnson’s strategy is, and my concerns about Democratic messaging heading into this showdown.
Lots more of course as this show ran a little long, but that’s only because there has been so much news over the last 48 hours that it was tough to cram everything in.

The corruption is insane in this administration -started when that drugged up, psychotic wannabe dictator Elon had those teenage to rig the election. As it was so darn obvious on election night. I am still bitter because the democrats could have called it out before they left office!
The people who were screaming the loudest about corruption in the Federal government are now applauding the most corrupt administration in U.S. history.
