MAGA/Republicans simply have no standing or right to comment on Biden’s pardon of Hunter, given their similar egregious conduct. They should have already dropped the charges against Hunter or announced that they would. Instead, they double-down. Democrats should be not commenting at all for similar reasons and because we no longer have a Republic founded on Democracy. I doubt that martyrdom by Biden or Hunter would be useful in a fight against tyranny.

Sadly, Trump is already stating that he will do away with mail voting, early voting (going back to voting only on election day) and requiring proof of citizenship, so basically only the wealthy will be able to vote.
However, I believe this would require a change to the Constitution, since voting is in the hands of the States?

Because he would have to go through Congress to do something like that. And another thing to keep in mind the main people who use mail in ballots and early voting are the elderly and Republicans so Trump would be basically be screwing his own party.

Mail in/absentee was 44% for Dems, 26% for Republicans.
In person on Election day was 28% Dems, 39% Republicans.
