Buy cable to go with digital to further your reach among those of us less digitally inclined.

Cathy Bok's avatar

And find a way Stephen Colbert into the Meidas Touch family!

Lois's avatar

Would love to see Colbert find a new home!

Kathleen Cota's avatar

Agree. Let’s not isolate ourselves in the digital world. I fear we already made that mistake with an attitude of superiority about education and professionalism. We need to open our communication routes with those who have different beliefs or life styles.

The idea of a Meides cable/digital media presence is exciting!

Carol's avatar

More people in the center and on the right need to hear the truth and the only way to do that is to go where they might be. We can't be in a bubble and expect others to hear the message. While so many are in the fux bubble, we are in the Meidas/BlueSky bubble. We need to meet in the middle to sway some on the other side to come into the light.

New Popular Front's avatar

Absolutely do cable. MSNBC is not nearly good enough, only a few people there doing the real work. We need many many more and a bigger reach!!

Stephanie Middleton's avatar

Can’t wait! You guys are doing an amazing job keeping us sane with the truth - thank you from the bottom of my heart!! ❤️❤️

Jenn F's avatar

Stay digital please. A lot of us viewers have ‘cut the cord’ regarding cable and MSM.

Brett Meiselas's avatar

Always digital! The question is do we expand to reach even more people 🤔

Sharon Horton's avatar

Please don't let it sink you financially; that's kind of a classic downfall and we need you too much for this not to be a consideration. Love you guys!

Jenn F's avatar

Always a good to expand as long as it doesn’t dilute the programming.

I'm a nay. Cable TV is poison. Look what's happened to these big networks. CNN, MSNBC, FAUX NEWS. I don't know.

Jay Vee's avatar

Agreed. I feel that the cost of adding on cable channel may actually send the wrong message to the new or prospective listeners as slowly becoming part of the corporate mainstream media. In addition, if 2024 taught us anything it's that many of Trump voters acquired their increased exposure online. Many no longer care nor partake cable news. I just don't see how in the long run the thugs on the right will try to pervert the minds of those Q-Anonymous type folk to disregard Meidas Touch.

Black Raven's avatar

Exactly 💯. It makes no sense. They've done extremely well on digital. If it ain't broke don't fix it. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nancy Crouch's avatar

I'm on a fixed income, raising two grandchildren so I can't afford cable or YouTube TV. Can you please make this available to people like me like maybe on YouTube?

Terry's avatar

You can watch for free on YouTube w/ads.

CC's avatar

YAS! I’m a founding member & would love to see MeidasTouch expand to reach more listeners! Why?? Because y’all are fkn fabulous!!🙌💪👊❤️‍🔥🔥

Suzanne Schmidt's avatar

Absolutely. Open up our arms to include as many as possible.

Carol's avatar

We need to reach more people. That's necessary because otherwise we're just in our little bubble. More people need to hear the truth, especially since most of the network "news" is all felon's propaganda. We need to challenge that with the facts

Fraser's avatar

True-I haven't used the TV in years, but MAGA might be more cable-minded for sports etc.

Mystic Medium Sarah Marie's avatar

Digital otherwise Corporate America and advertisers will dictate

Fraser's avatar

A good point! But maybe can it be subscription-based as well, thus eliminating advertising from a control standpoint as well as the annoyance of advertising!

Let's get Gavin Newsome on and ask him-he has ome good views on outreach

might offer some insight! If it reaches more Trump voters, I say we do it!! (Toronto)

Mystic Medium Sarah Marie's avatar

It Could have channels like paramount or Peacock or Disney with everyone on it

Black Raven's avatar

Exactly. They ruin everything. If it ain't broke don't fix it. If they want to move away from YouTube eventually, then they should buy a digital space and take all their audience with them.

Mystic Medium Sarah Marie's avatar

MTN APP that will work and be annoy the same cost as subscriptions

Mystic Medium Sarah Marie's avatar

Sorry about typo not annoy should say about! Can’t edit #saraglyphics I always get burned by autocorrect 😝

Julie Smalley's avatar

That’s what I would worry about!

MA-Gran's avatar

I don’t have cable so am not interested in cable station but it may reach lots of other people

Michelle's avatar

MA-Gran, do you have YouTube? Just put MSNBC in the search bar and then Nicole. Or there are youtubers who tape and share MSNBC MSNBC shows

Michael F Herrmann's avatar

We too do not have cable. Not even a tv for that matter. Digital r us.

Albuquerque, NM

Aocm🇨🇦's avatar

Same here but I still call it the tv bc digital’s just as noisy & annoying

Jean Conley's avatar

Thanks for the info, Michelle!

Laurieanne's avatar

Very Excited

SM's avatar

Digital, and cable if you can control your independence and your choice of advertisers

Fraser's avatar

Yes! There are lots of organizations like AARP, Veterans orgs etc. that will advertise!

Zellensky for sure! Just get ones that are in step with the Meidas message!

Tracee Brands's avatar

I vote to stay in your lane. You can create newer wider faster lanes as you grow. Cable is on its way out-and this is coming from a boomer!

LHS's avatar

Totally agree. Cable is dying. And adding cable might lead to pressure to change direction, watch what they say, etc. down the road when a new network owner might not like what MT has to say and how they say it.

Char Grant's avatar

70 years old here and I agree with Tracee

Sylvia Rivers's avatar

Oh my gosh, I’m sorry about your back. I hope you are feeling better now.

Fraser's avatar

Yes, not an easy one! I have had it before!

Marian A's avatar

Stay digital. I don't have cable and only stream programs. Going to cable could put constraints on your Current freedom to say and do what is needed. I've been following from the beginning and am excited to see you grow. My only advice, and you've probably already thought of this, is be very careful who you parther with so they don't end up compromising the tremendously valuable work you do and have accomplished. I will continue to follow, watch and listen as I trust your reporting much more than corporate sponsored entertainment news.

Helen's avatar

Digital is the way of the future, and you will have no overlords. The work you do is so important and will impact future outcomes. You are a shining beacon in a dim world.

Ann Gibson's avatar

Digital or both. Many have cut cables so do not have direct access to cable stations.

Leslie Goodman-Malamuth's avatar

The Meiselas brothers take on MSNBC! Mazel tov!

Brenda Brown's avatar

I don't typically watch MSM channels, but will make this exception to watch you guys. This is great exposure for Meidas Touch.

Linda Makela's avatar

Everyone has internet. Stay digital!

Pamela's avatar

I prefer digital because I don't have cable or a TV. However, if you think it would reach others, I would suggest adding that to your list. I believe that whatever we can do to reach more people is important.
