STOP ELON’S ATTACK ON MEIDAS…

I’ll make this quick.

You may have seen my brother Brett’s post this morning about Elon Musk.

Musk has been crashing out on his own social media platform lately, seemingly determined to do everything in his power to interfere with elections and undermine democracies, not just here at home, but around the world.

So it was hardly surprising when we discovered that posts about our new book, WTF America?!: The Way Out of This Hell and Back to Democracy, were being censored on Musk’s platform, with photos of the book slapped with an 18+ content warning, effectively preventing countless people from seeing or sharing them.

Just because it isn’t surprising doesn’t make it any less personal.

But this is exactly why we wrote WTF America?! To show how ordinary people can rise up, fight back, and take on the billionaires, oligarchs, and authoritarians who think they can control everything.

And the timing is no coincidence.

I’ll be direct: Today is the FINAL day that counts toward our first-week sales for the New York Times bestseller list.

That means Musk’s censorship couldn’t have come at a worse moment for us—or a better moment for those who want to silence us. If it works, it could hurt our chances of making the bestseller list on the most important day of our book launch.
