I admire people who have scruples. I refuse to accept Donald Trump as my president. He has zero qualifications, however that’s who America voted for 🤷🏻‍♀️

People also voted for Kamala... its not so simple as a binary choice to indicate the way to go.. but yes, we are a simple people ... hey .. does anyone know where a good nail salon is?

Lmao boxcar😎.You seem to get it .As a union construction worker you wouldn’t believe how many members were supporting President Trump in this election.

The (left left ? ) - abandoned labor at least 15-20 years ago and now the Dems are surprised middle class families are leaving them in droves.

And for what it’s worth your comment hits the mark as some members simply did not vote for Harris or President Trump so it’s not as simple as a binary choice.

Happy new year Box car

I have stopped ALL support of Maga/GOP owned companies. Haven't missed a damn thing either. I take great pleasure in letting them know too when I check the backgrounds of the business and owners. I REFUSE to add to their pockets in their choice to kill America. I've completely deleted my FB account and never ever used X. As the public has the power to stop them, shut them down, drive them into bankruptcy.

If too many people cower to a wannabe dictator, we shall all end up in the same boat. Thank you Mr. Litman for having the courage to tell the truth.

Mr. Litman is right, and I would go so far as to say that those individuals and corporations that fail to stand up for democracy are themselves complicit in its downfall. Inaction is as consequential a choice as overtly and explicitly supporting those authoritarians who seek to extinguish our democracy for their own personal gain.

Thank you, Harry, for your courage and probity in resigning from the Times. I still recall the shock of bringing in the Los Angeles Times as an adolescent, the June morning after RFK Sr. had been shot. This is a different, and much more preventable form of death.

I applaud anyone making a stand and appreciate Mr. Litman's story on Substack and his act of resigning from the LA Times. I'm really appreciating Meidas, too, and all independent media. I keep thinking back on the 2012 Washington Post article By Thomas E. Mann and Norman J. Ornstein entitled Let’s just say it: The Republicans are the problem. And the quote from that article "But a balanced treatment of an unbalanced phenomenon distorts reality." Called it, didn't they?

See that's what Freedom is, Harry took a risk and stood up for what he felt was just wrong. We may not be able to do things of that nature without a fight. Dems , buck up! Put him down as a hero. Ben if it was not for your platform and people like Harry I feel we would be totally lost. We are with you , will not stop fighting for freedom that appears to be slipping through our fingers. I live in Texas, I think this is the place it's going to get bad 1st.

GOOD ON YOU Harry Litman. When I heard the owner of LA Times banned the Times' Editorial endorsement for Kamala Harris, before the election, I HAD to cancel my over 25 year subscription. Had to - I love a lot of the journalists there, I am Pro Union person and didn't want to hurt union workers, but it is essential to not support Autocracy/Facism and call it out in every way, with our voice, our platform, our money- all of it. I look forward to becoming a member of the Talking Feds. THANK YOU MEIDAS+. I discovered your amazing content a couple of years ago, and am blown away by all of it, and know this people powered platform will overpower the lies of MSM and the evils of MAGA.

We honor you for your integrity and courage. Corporate media has let us all down with sane-washing trump. Back in my news days, he would've been considered a tin foil hat guy. This is dangerous nonsense. It is time to stand up! Too many have taken a knee.
