Every congressman and woman who voted for the SAVE act needs to be impeached. It's so ridiculous how they blatantly ignore Constitutional law and sell it as patriotic.

Linda Weide's avatar

I just saw AOC speak at the Technical University in Berlin. She covers these topics, I wrote about it, but mostly the video is in here too.

https://lindaweide.substack.com/p/aoc-had-a-berlin-audience-eating?r=f0qfn

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

AOC did not vote for the SAVE act. That was Henry Cuellar, who is one of the most conservative Democratic members of the House. My biggest worry is the Senate is John Fetterman. I check voting records on Progressive Punch every week and his is the third most conservative after Jeanne Shaheen and Maggie Hassan, both from New Hampshire. And by several metrics they have more progressive voting records than Fetterman. I'm completely baffled by that guy. He's in a whole different political world from numbers 1 & 2 (the Massachusetts duo, of course.)

Furiouser and Furiouser's avatar

Fetterman, who’s on record complaining that his job is too hard and he’d rather be at home not doing it, should retire. Let’s elect an actual Democrat in his place.

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

Yes, way overdue. Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) can appoint someone to serve until the next scheduled election.

Linda Weide's avatar

I totally agree. I would call him a DINO, but he is actually a IINO. I actually think more people should run as independents, but we should only vote for the ones whose values we like. Many of my friends are Independents because they are more like social democrats, but there is no Social democratic party and the mainstream democratic party does not embrace them.

MM Harris's avatar

Even though I live on the West Coast, I've been a supporter of his since his campaign for the Senate. There is some consensus that the stroke he suffered not long after winning may have contributed to his currently odd voting pattern. It's sad, but I lean in that direction myself and no longer support him. I wish him well but hope he hops out of the environment he himself no longer seems comfortable in.... and before we're down to "just one vote away" on a very serious issue..

Kris Lovaas's avatar

Agreed! Fetterman is nothing like most people expected him to be. He’s really got to go.

Linda Weide's avatar

That is right Anastasia. AOC did not vote for the SAVE Act. All who heard her speak in Berlin tonight could see that the SAVE Act is the opposite of what AOC stands for. In fact, I am sure the young Germans in the audience learned a lot about US political issues that they had no idea about. I wrote about her talk here.

https://lindaweide.substack.com/p/aoc-had-a-berlin-audience-eating?r=f0qfn

Marlene Lerner-Bigley (CA)'s avatar

Fetterman duped us all. What a shame…he could’ve be great. Sigh

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

Yeah, that was so weird. I remember people being worried that he was one of those crazy Bernie lefties and then he got like ... this. Some of the "crazy Bernie lefties" are even effective — look at Jayapal; she's really kicking ass. But Fetterman just kind of took a dive.

RobWhitH's avatar

Sadly, I think he has a brain injury. Didn't he fall or something similar happened? And while he was recovering he asked Schumer to waive the Senate dress code because a coat and tie was too painful.

Marlene Lerner-Bigley (CA)'s avatar

He had a major stroke. My mother had 5 major heart attacks but remained lucid and determined til the day she died.

emjayay's avatar

It all depends on what part of the brain the stroke hit.

MM Harris's avatar

I believe what we're seeing is very possibly the long term result of a massive stroke he suffered not long after he won his election. Even after he returned to work, those around him witnessed the noticeable challenges he still had and struggled through. It seems some are still present.

Fraser's avatar

Oh really! Maybe that explains it-I remember liking him at one point!!

Smedley B's avatar

What ever his "problem" that's a possible explanation, but not an excfor his recent behavior. What a disappointment that guy has been. And to think I donated to his campaign. I want a refund!

K B's avatar

Hes a republican not a democrat! Regardless of his health! If its too hard as he says, then he should quit, but Israel have him right where they want him!

Fraser's avatar

I know-and we got rid of the Virginia coal guy and the Arizona lady whi is now independent-they held up a ton of stuff against Biden-both big Dinos back then!

Carol Scott's avatar

I wrote him last month after he fell, suggesting politely he retire for health reasons. 🙄

I’m getting ready to email him again but he’s already on record saying he doesn’t see anything wrong with providing ID to vote.

Fraser's avatar

Yikes! I am thinking that they will slow down the applications for passports and ID for certain states-remember the head of the post office that was slowing down the mail-in votes?

Fraser's avatar

But I seem to remember when he was ok?

Fraser's avatar

Oh, thanks Linda-I was going to put it too:)

MM Harris's avatar

Linda: Thanks for going to the trouble to share this link. It's not every day that even AOC fans have the opportunity to hear her speak and react to questions for this length of time, and in the Munich Security Conference "setting". What you're doing is interesting so I'm a new follower.

Furiouser and Furiouser's avatar

Unfortunately impeachment isn’t an option for members of congress. The only remedies are elections.

ricky milnes's avatar

Hi Ron, I’m Australian and love reading your reports. Keep up the good work, Mate.

jibal jibal's avatar

1) Impeachment is just an indictment--an accusation.

2) Members of Congress cannot be impeached.

3) It's sad that this has 237 upvotes--folks on the left need to get an effing education in American civics.

… Massie on ABC: “Trump told us that even though he had dinner with these people in NYC and Palm Beach, that he would be transparent. But he’s not. He’s still in with the Epstein class. This is the Epstein Administration.”

Then Massie turned around and voted for the SAVE Act. Fuck him, no republinazi can be trusted.

No, not the fault of the faith.

Greg Blais's avatar

In NH we need to show ID to vote & I really don’t have a problem with that or with having to prove US citizenship to register to vote which we need to do already. I do not know all that is in the bill but I was told your ID needs to show that you are a US citizen. In NH we have Real ID but nowhere on it states that you are a US citizen. however in order to get a real ID, you need to show your birth certificate. Is that the sticking point? Are they requiring your Real ID to state you are a US citizen now? If you are already registered to vote, do you still need to prove citizenship? Not sure what the issue is with this SAVE act? Can anyone please explain the danger of it passing?

John Schwarzkopf's avatar

The issue with the SAVE Act is will make it very difficult for women who have been married or are married to register to vote. Unless their last name matches the name on their birth certificate they have to provide a paper trail of marriage certificates and divorce papers to prove they are who they are. Or have a passport. Men don't have to provide a paper trail because they generally don't change their names. Jess Piper wrote a great post on her difficulties with this a few days ago on her Substack. I suggest you look it up and read it. She does a much better job explaining than I did. If you can't find it I'll send you the link.

Anne Davis's avatar

The other really important part of this Act that few seem to be addressing is the mandated voter roll purges. Not only is the software that states will be required to use sketchy, there’s no notification process. You don’t find out you’ve been purged until you try to vote.

John Schwarzkopf's avatar

Yes, you're correct. And as an election worker that really pisses me off.

MM Harris's avatar

YES, and this part isn't highlighted enough.

Greg Blais's avatar

Thanks John for your response, I would think this could apply to anyone who has changed their name (married women, adopted children, transgender persons, etc) you would think congress would add provisions for these cases, unless they don’t want certain people to vote? Thanks for the reference to Jess Piper’s post, I will look it up. In any case, I messaged my congressperson and both my Senators last week and told them not to support the bill.

jibal jibal's avatar

> unless they don’t want certain people to vote?

Um, what did you think this Trump-driven GOP bill was for?

John Schwarzkopf's avatar

Yes, it applies to anyone who has changed their name. And Trans people are especially affected. The regime is trying to keep non MAGA voters away from the polls and women statistically vote more for Dems as do Trans people. Trump is desperately trying to pick his voters.

Greg Blais's avatar

Well if you think about it this may impact a good amount of MAGA voters as well so this whole scheme may backfire on them.

jibal jibal's avatar

It's extremely well known that reducing turnout favors Republicans.

John Schwarzkopf's avatar

You could be right. I hadn't thought about that.

Happy Happy's avatar

Yes! I agree! Trump is an Epstein flunkie, who wanted to BE EPSTEIN. He thinks hes been "cleared!" MAGA laps it up. I heard a MAGA moron say " i see no evidence trump did anything to any girls." Wow! Watch Katie Johnsons interview and return to reality. Its like this cult only cares if they win. The ends justify the means to maga as long as they own a lib. Sadly trump could rape a toddler and maga would cheer " its a maga," toddler and its not like shes an infant...." gross vile pedos!

Mia's avatar

Couldn’t agree more with you Mike! Well said!!

John giannattasio's avatar

Yeah Rubio is a Huge liar, just look at his history. Europeans don't give him the time of day, wake up!

Fraser's avatar

It was still a swipe at Europe-just a little nicer than Vance! He DID GET a standing ovation!!

John giannattasio's avatar

Still he is not trustworthy in the least.

Fraser's avatar

Nope! And cares nothing about the Cubans! To keep a straight face when he says "President Trump is serious about his policies"!! Ha, you mean the ones that change every day, depending on what side of the bed he wakes up on! Gimme a break Rubio! We should know when they call him Blondie (rubio) and he has black hair:)

John giannattasio's avatar

"Kristi Noem at her press conference announcing that DHS was going to try and play a major role in the midterm elections: “When it gets to Election Day, we’ve been proactive to make sure we have the right people voting, electing the right leaders to lead this country.”

… Tom Homan was asked on CNN what Noem meant with those comments specifically: “I don’t know. That’d be a question for the secretary. I have not talked to her. That’s something she’d have to answer.”

OMG this is a frightening comment from her. And Tom Homan seems to be suffering TDS like the rest of the regime. Trump DEMENTIA Syndrome. How convenient to be so clueless all day walking around, "I don't know" . "Never heard of it", etc. Is there anyone in this useless gov't with a " R" who does know something?

Or the cringey gun-totin' badge-wearin' Corey boy toy, Bob!

NoBumperStickers's avatar

Corey, married since 2005, and a father of four, had a romantic relationship with Hope Hicks during the first Trump regime. MAGA family values.

Robin D's avatar

Thank you NoBumperStickers. I just answered SFGal.above.and asked if he did Hope Hicks too before I.saw this. He's grotesque but he must be something in bed. I thought Hope Hicks could have done better than him, but he must have something. What is wrong with his wife and her husband? Even Ken Paxton's wife had to dump him from all his cheating over.the years.

Bob's avatar

He holds one of those special government government jobs that supposedly last 120 days, same as Musk. A year on, and he’s still around.

Robin D's avatar

Is he not the most revolting scum? What does he have on Donnie from.1.0 that they are afraid to read her the riot act and get rid of him. I think there's some kind of S&M type relationship. He's abusive and she is a sadist. Obviously she is getting sex like she never had before in her life and.is not willing to give him up. . She's a moron and he's running the show behind the scenes (but in an unofficial capacity so he can never be held responsible) and they are both scamming their way through millions.I think the regime were hoping he was a."passing.fancy" but he has dug in like a barnacle. Didn't he do Hope Hicks too, SFGal?

SFGal's avatar

About Hope, Bumper above seemed to address that, Robin, as I'd forgotten about that fleeting titillating little 1.0 scandal. I think your Corey-Kristi synopsis pretty well sums it all up, except yeah the part about what hold does he have on DT? Maybe there are hidden Epstein cameras DT installed at tax-payer expense as his secret (lol) fetish.

Fraser's avatar

Nothing could surprise us with him, really??

Robin D's avatar

She won't be flying Air Skank One, that's for sure. I read somewhere she and Corey have 737 Max planes. Aren't those the Boeing ones.where the bolts popped our and doors fell off? 🤗

Bob's avatar

What’s a few missing bolts? That door plug blow out was inexcusable. The other thing about the 737 Max is the bigger engines wouldn’t fit under the wings without moving the forward, which altered the flight dynamics. Boeing took one of safest passenger planes made and fucked it up.

Robin D's avatar

Nothing much to worry about with a few bolts or.doors except life or death (how many crashes did they have and then ground them)? My fave plane of all time was the 747...especially when it was new and they they had the piano bar and cocktail lounge on the top. Flying used to be so civilized and so much fun.. My sister is several years older than me and when she got her drivers license we used to drive to the famous TWA terminal at JFK just to watch the planes take off and land. Thankfully they never.tore it down but it was converted it into a hotel and there's a plane parked outside that is the cocktail bar. I'm sure I would stumble down the stairs after a few drinkies, 🍸🍸 but it must be very "Mad Men" type fun to go. It was a wonderful experience to fly back then. Not the absolute torture of the damned it's become. It's a shame what happened to Boeing. Remember the saying "If it's not Boeing I ain't going"? I think that final space ship that stranded the astronauts at the ISS when Elon had to send Space X to get them was kind of it for them. Maybe they can work some of that 737 Max magic on Donnie's new Qatari flying bordello. He keeps telling them to rush it. YES! Pls.do!

Skitealwedrop's avatar

SFGal's avatar

Kris Lovaas's avatar

You’ve got it! It’s disgusting beyond belief! I live in Minneapolis, MN. I really hope people have learned thru our current occupation that their goal is not to deport immigrants who are criminals. It’s to deport immigrants of color no matter what. Their actions make me ashamed to be an American. I must add that I am very proud to be a Minnesotan as I believe our state has demonstrated how to peacefully protest while doing our best to protect all of our neighbors & friends in our communities. Many, many thanks to the millions of people thru out this country & the world for the support & encouragement that has been showered upon us! We could not have done it without all of you!

Katie's avatar

Hey Kris, I'm so proud of Minneapolis and Minnesota. You have really inspired so many and turned the tide of public opinion. Even those who voted for trump are moved. Be strong and keep up your peaceful resistance! Homan is not to be trusted.

Here in LA we had Homan and Bovino before anyone. They were horrific, and despite mostly peaceful protests, some protestors made the mistake of lighting some waymos on fire. So that became the news and there was hardly any coverage of all the travesties of justice we faced like armored vehicles going on our streets breaking car windows, hauling people away without judicial warrants, mounted guards disrupting picnics in parks, nonlethal weapons causing blindness and other serious injuries, etc., all the stuff you know well. The resistance here is strong but not as visible as Minneapolis.

Just heard that the next big wave is going to be LA again (they never left but there's not the swarm). Oy vey. This just has to stop and I hope we can emulate the same peaceful resistance as Minneapolis. Harder here as we are so spread out. I fear for our country.

Kris Lovaas's avatar

Thank you, Katie! I know it was bad in LA. It’s really sad the protestors did that. It just feeds their point when protesters become violent & destructive. I’m sure they came here in Dec thinking that would deter protests. Coming for winter people in the winter was their first mistake! I, too, am terrified for this country. Todd Lyons said ICE is just getting started. The millions of warehouse space they’re buying to convert into concentration camps scares the shit out of me. It confirms Lyon’s comment. We absolutely must win control of the House & the Senate in the midterms or I fear there will be no stopping them. I know I’m far from alone in worrying about what they’ll do to sabotage those elections. We have to keep fighting every battle every day. It’s exhausting but it’s far better than the alternative! Stay strong!

SFGal's avatar

Kris, Katie, et al -- Rachel Maddow is doing great in-depth coverage right now on the national resistance to our own government going around the country trying to buy up warehouses on OUR tax dollars to set up concentration camps nation-wide! This is diabolical and has to be stopped dead in DT's tracks. The DHS is going out of their way to cloak these endeavors in secrecy as more and more citizens rise in response. The big focus tonight is on Merrimack, N.H. with the township in rebellion as it's just been disclosed a local warehouse has indeed been secured by ICE. We must organize to protect ourselves and our nation!

Katie's avatar

LOL you are so right about winter people. I grew up on the NY side of the border south of Montreal and knowing how to deal with the sub-zero temperatures with warm hearts was 2nd nature, but not to them. I knew immediately y'all would win. Especially in an old-fashioned winter like this!

SFGal's avatar

Read Heather Cox Richardson's 2/15 letter of yesterday reporting on what Rubio declared in Munich about our future, Kris! I could not sleep. It's ugly!

Kris Lovaas's avatar

Ugh! Thanks for the heads up! I will check it out now. Heather is great. I respect her a lot!

SFGal's avatar

She does indeed have an amazing talent for distilling mind-bending amounts of vital and historically-significant information artfully written in kernel forms of daily missives, Kris. This one is exceedingly important!

Fraser's avatar

Cause chaos for emergency powers!!

Robin D's avatar

Yes, it's a worrisome comment, not some throw away line.

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

It's not as frightening as you might think. What would that "major role" be? Sending thugs to polling places? There are steep difficulties involved in that. Sending them to polling places where they might find Spanish-speaking citizens (they will find ZERO non-citizens because those people don't go the polling places) will be ineffective. They're prone to low turnout anyway. (I tear my hair out every election that our Puerto Rican ward doesn't turn out). What will they do about the sprawling white exurbs where people are turning against them? They don't have the man power. They say a lot of things hoping to panic us into inaction.

Robin D's avatar

Just her saying "we’ve been proactive to make sure we have the right people voting, electing the right leaders to lead this country.” is what is frightening. "Electing the right leaders to this country"? Like Only MAGA Christian Rs? That is what is frightening. They will not accept any wins by Dems because then the election will be rigged? They are dangerous words whether they have the manpower or not. Not everyone is on Substack or following Medias or politically engaged. There are people who will be frightened by this kind of language. Which is exactly what they want.

Fraser's avatar

The Dems could have state National guard oversee in their states,, or is that legal?

RobWhitH's avatar

It is outrageous! Who knows what that "major role" would be? She sits atop the security services, including the ones wrecking havoc in our cities. The threat is real. No one believed Project 2025 was real back in 2024, either. Assume Noem will act on it to the best of Corey's ability. The boss wants it. Heck, needs it.

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

Her "major role" should be "inmate," sharing a prison cell with Pam Bondi.

Robin D's avatar

That would be fun. And watch them fall apart with out the botox and hair dye and extensions and false.eyelashes....Two.criminal, insufferable hags.

Kris Lovaas's avatar

🤣🤣🤣 thank you for that visual! You made me laugh this morning!

Robin D's avatar

Glad I could make you laugh. 😂

Robin D's avatar

The threat is 100% real..They are working on stealing/rigging the mid-terms. I don't.know why people can't see it.

JohnC-Va's avatar

Yes! They want us quaking in our boots, that’s the whole point. Fuck them. I’m too damned pissed off at these goddam fascists to be afraid. They can’t do a damned thing to the elections unless they’re allowed.

Robin D's avatar

You should read Aaron Parnass today or some other substacks I read and videos on YT. Dan Goldman from NY called her line that I quoted "we’ve been proactive to make sure we have the right people voting, electing the right leaders to lead this country." CHILLING! I'm.glad it hit so many others the way it hit me.

Skitealwedrop's avatar

I’m sort of feeling like the next election will be like the last. Lots of Musk involvement. If you know what I mean.

Robin D's avatar

Even Russia has elections 😳 but I know exactly what you mean.

Kris Lovaas's avatar

Yes, they do have elections. But, Trump has quoted Putin who says what matters is who COUNTS the votes. We have to be careful that we don’t allow demented Donnie to take another page out of his mentor’s playbook.

Robin D's avatar

I hope you know that I understand exactly what goes on in Russia with their "elections" and was being facetious? Donnie already had the "Dictators for Dummies" playbook years ago.

Anne Davis's avatar

It is Stalin to whom this (possibly apocryphal) quote is attributed, not Putin.

Kris Lovaas's avatar

Thank you, Anne! I really appreciate you pointing this out to me.

Skitealwedrop's avatar

I’m aware of what goes on in Russia. I guess I never really thought our elections could be tampered with.

Robin D's avatar

No, we never thought anything like what we have seen could happen to our country.

Skitealwedrop's avatar

Agreed. This orange conman is nothing but a destructive embarrassment to our country.

Kris Lovaas's avatar

Same! I think we know what’s going to come out of his recent power grab-getting the Fulton County ballots. Despite the numerous recounts confirming Fulton County’s results & Trump ordering Georgia’s Secretary of State to find him 11.780 votes, his corrupt FBI & DOJ will say the results were wrong & that he won Georgia. We are in uncharted territory here & I’m terrified what is going to come out of this power play which happened to satisfy his demented fragile ego!

Robin D's avatar

Me.too. I was kind of surprised at the reaction so many had to Kristi's words. Like it was a joke. She IS a joke, but does no one remember she said she takes her orders from.DJT and STEPHEN MILLER?😱 They are planning on stealing/rigging the election. I pray they don't succeed, but this is extremely serious! Like 5 alarm fire serious 🚨 The Dems don't have the ability to go as low as them, which is 100% the Hitler playbook.

I am watching (for a 2nd time because I fell asleep the first time) "Hitler's Lost Tapes". A six part series. The 2nd episode is called " The Ascent" from 1924-1933. They are interviewing several historians but especially one of my faves who I follow on substack, Dr. Timothy Snyder. He is talking about when he wrote Mein Kampf in prison, (when he got out he saw an Orthodox Jew on the street and questioned to himself . Is this a Jew? is this a German? And he decided they cannot be both!). Prof Snyder says the book was his insane, totalitarian but coherent view of the world.. At one point after meeting Goebbels (who wrote "I love him" in a book) and at some speech Hitler was ranting about a newspaper "The Munich Post" Snyder said from Hitler's point of view, the newspaper (any paper) was the enemy He was against journalists reporting facts, and he had a term.called "Die Lügenpresse" which means FAKE NEWS!!! THERE IT IS FROM C.1926. 100 years ago. And here we are again. I just had to write this not only to share the similarities, but to remind myself.

Anne Davis's avatar

It’s happened before. It’s a tragedy that we’re not taught our real history.

SFGal's avatar

Indeed, Skiteal! He's already publicly declared fealty and many many millions to repugs on this count. He's already given $10 million to Nate Morris seeking Mitch McConnell's seat with DT blessing. His Starlink at DT's disposal along with trusty Pal Peter Thiel's Palantir at the ballot ready.

Yup. Count on it.

Cara Lopez's avatar

Emphasis on "right". "the Right (Republican) people voting, electing the Right (Republican) leaders to lead this country."

Robin D's avatar

jibal jibal's avatar

It seemed to be news to you so I chose to clarify it, considering that the media and others made a big deal about Bovino being replaced by Homan as if he were some moderate: "And Tom Homan seems to be suffering TDS like the rest of the regime."

Robin D's avatar

You're talking to the wrong person on this board if you think.I don't know what I write or have no idea who and what these people are. I clearly wrote TDS "Trump DEMENTIA Syndrome" because they all walk around "I don't know. I don't know". Don't cherry pick unless you read the context.Thank you for your attention to this matter lol.

jibal jibal's avatar

We are allies but I'm muting you for being overly reactive, defensive, hostile, and a downright rude a-h who doesn't understand what "cherrypicking" means. And yes I can read and of course I understood how you were using TDS--who said otherwise? I didn't spell it out as "Devotion" since you already had. My point was that Homan having Trump Devotion Syndrome is NOTHING NEW so saying that he "seems to be suffering" from it as if there had been any reason to think otherwise came off as rather clueless.

Feh. I won't respond to you ever again.

Twztedtale's avatar

We all need to get our passports if we don’t have one ASAP!

Skitealwedrop's avatar

My daughter said the same thing this morning.

Congress We Object's avatar

They also shut down some libraries in certain areas to make obtaining a passport more difficult!

Twztedtale's avatar

What role do libraries play in acquiring passports?

Ill-Advised's avatar

They help people understand the paperwork, usually have government forms at the ready, provide notary services as needed. You can get everything but the interview (if that's still required) done at the library.

Thanks for the reply! I had no idea!

So because I do not trust the Republican administrations few who do not support the “Save America Act” to continue to refuse to vote yes on this, I decided to go about getting all of my documents.

it would be far simpler if passports and drivers licenses included maiden names on them and were just reissued at the Govts expense for everyone so no poll tax would exist but then it’s not really about doing what’s right for Americans is it? It’s about the Republican Administration making it again harder for women (this time to vote) hoping it will save their seats to avoid being punished for their crimes. Just to get an envelope via USPS overnighted w my birth certificate (from a red state) $45 (alongside $15 birth certificate - $12.70 card processing fee). Whopping total of $72.70. That document is/was only the start.

And make sure you have a copy of your certified birth certificate.

NoBumperStickers's avatar

The long form birth certificate is the only one acceptable for a passport. Not the short form birth certificate.

They can slow those down too!!

I just saw AOC speak at the Technical University in Berlin. She discusses this in the end. I wrote about it, but mostly the video is in here too.

… Tom Homan on CBS: “Democrats say they want to say stop racial profiling, but that’s just not occurring. ICE will detain and question somebody based on reasonable suspicion. It has nothing to do with racial profiling.”

Really? How many white Russians have you detained? White South Africans? You Nazis only suspect people of color. Nobody believes a single word out of bagman Homan's mouth or anybody in the DOI (Dept. of Injustice), DHS, DOD ... etc., etc., etc.

Nova n Oz's avatar

Woman contradicted himself within the same statement! Basically he's admitting that racial profiling=reasonable suspicion.

🇨🇦 The Democrats are not asking for a lot. To have 'ICE' agents show their faces, have a badge that is legitimate and, a warrant from a judge in that state which can be traced as also being legitimate.

The Repughlikins are scared of doing any wrong on; 'The Hill'. Well a lot of their constituents are the ones who are being harassed and thrown in jail for no reason. I know that these are NOT the 'ICE' officers that patrol the borders.

This all has to do with Authoritarianism plain and simple. This is what America is turning into.

If you want to hold on to your democracy, then get out there and start getting people registered for your midterm elections. You can do this. You were successful in 2020 and can happen in 2026. Time to change the direction and also the 'Secretaries' which shouldn't have been promoted to their positions in the first place.

As far as the victims from; 'Epstein, Trumpstein and Maxwell', they want to talk. They want to know why their 308's were not taken seriously. I think it's time for them to gather together and make a plan to go back to; 'CAPITOL HILL' stand on the 'House floor' and start telling their stories how ever long it takes. Start naming names and have those pedophiles arrested whether they're part of any government or CEO positions. Let them bring in photos of the pedophiles as their speaking to make sure that every congressperson is listening to them. They are not asking a lot they just want justice served.

The survivors have no protection from lawsuits by men with money. Besides, the survivors shouldn’t have to be retraumitized, and standing and speaking names would do that. They need to be protected from the perpetrators.

Jeanne Hodgson's avatar

Sharon, that's what they have been doing on; CBS, CNN, (BBC BRITISH NEWS CHANNEL), CNBC, MSNBC, NBC, PBS, ABC, ITV, (CBC, CTV' CANADIAN STATIONS). The survivors have been speaking out.

Thank you Ron for your honesty and integrity in speaking truth to power. It’s what WE THE PEOPLE and the world need.
