No, not at all! I’ve noticed Trump seems to have a soft spot for granting pardons to white collar crooks, and knowing Trump as an entirely transactional person, I don’t think he’s doing it for free. Not only that, but he’s voiding court ordered restitution, so that the people these crooks stole from won’t ever get their money back.

Pritzker’s a decent governor, but Blagojevich was caught trying to sell Barack Obama’s vacated seat. Blagojevich got started as a politician because he married Patti Mell daughter of Chicago political power broker Dick Mell. Dick’s other daughter Debbie is a council member. Blagojevich is another in the examples of Illinois governors who have gone to jail for political corruption. Of course, right after Trump pardoned Blagojevich, the ARDC wound up permanently disbarring Rod.
