If Comer says that he wants anyone with information to come forward then how about Trump.

Patrice Erickson's avatar

He will just plead the 5th Again over 400 times just like he did before..

Michael Codispoti's avatar

Good, let him plead the 5th. Then we can play that clip of trump saying, "Anyone who pleads the 5th is guilty."

Chicky's avatar

We can watch him squirm! He does not do well in depositions.

Susan Booth's avatar

I don't want to see that felonious pedophile squirm. I want to see him die in prison.

Jamie Fields's avatar

WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE! PLEASE RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES AND READ THE NAMES OUT LOUD! PLEASE!

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Whoever did must be like Jack Ruby (who died of cancer in early 1967, just over 3 years after killing Oswald (who had to be eliminated after he killed (or was said to kill) JFK); someone with no one/nothing to lose. Whoever talks will be sued into economic ruin and likely find close relatives suddenly dead

Ronald Petrin's avatar

It's no longer a mystery. “The mystery is why is it treated like one?

Get the legal process on the road …back on track. Delay, obfuscation s, lies, all the rest, flooding the zone all to delay justice!

That's no justices all! Haven't the victims suffers enough from past trafficking and abuse

What about the organizations behind this?

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Too much (and certainly plenty of) power and money. In many cases, likely to have useful counter-blackmail matter. Each would scuttle the ship if taken down and erase everyone those who talk love. None wants to be first to drown

Oaktown's avatar

We're gonna need a Frank Church like investigation into all this, including the CIA. [Read "Poisoner in Chief: Sidney Gottlieb and the CIA Search for Mind Control" to learn about the atrocities carried out by the CIA previously.] According to Whitney Webb's book "One Nation Under Blackmail, Vol 2," Epstein visited the Clinton WH at least 17 times, bringing several young women with him on many occasions. Webb cites myriad connections between Epstein, both Robert and Gislaine Maxwell and Russian, Israeli, and UK intel.

Larry Strouse's avatar

Trouble is, they're all corrupt.

Oaktown's avatar

That's why we need to get them out, rehire the honorable public servants who were unjustly fired or resigned rather than break the law, and hold the crooks accountable. The human tendency for corruption requires constant housecleaning.

Ronald Petrin's avatar

We see the double standards again…obstruction of justice.

TINA WILLIAMS's avatar

What is all this horse shit

Chicky's avatar

Us fighting to save our democracy! You don’t like our democracy?

Ronald Petrin's avatar

It's now largely made up and maintained the wedges issues between US most totally fabricated big lies. They divide US and continue to seeth hate, given the feed from their “ Fuhrer”!

Jill Crary's avatar

And even IF he DID testify, he would LIE. We ALL know it.

Vivian Villalpando's avatar

What does he mean they cannot prosecute anyone🤔🤫 WTF Everyone who raped a child needs to be put in Prison.

Csweetmia's avatar

That deposition would take days and days.

Ana Barrocas's avatar

Or Melania. I'll bet Melania has a lot to say about Epstein.

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Likely about Justin Trudeau, too. The initial photo says it all.

'Melania's ready to risk it all': first lady's Trudeau encounter delights internet

The Guardian, 26 Aug 2019; https://tinyurl.com/4e9djv26

Judy Sherwood's avatar

THAT photo of M & Trudeau looks provocative, sensual. Same with Ivanka. Woof!!

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Once a ----------- always a ----------

Leah Baum's avatar

I’ll fill in the blank.

Once a hooker always a hooker. Oh that’s right she’s still a licensed prostitute in Amsterdam. 🤣

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

You have a wonderful imagination. I cannot imagine ever thinking of that ☺

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

Right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hollis Toal's avatar

How about the participants on the TV program, "The View", who seem to know about the contents of the Epstein files than others.

Midwest's avatar

And Melania and Trump’s two oldest sons who were there during an incident.

Kim E Jones's avatar

He means everyone but his lover boy and those who are lover boy adjacent.

Susan Brown's avatar

Hillary will eat them for lunch! they picked the wrong woman to mess with!

Pamela Kelley's avatar

The woman is incredibly smart. I watch smarter than any of them that’s for sure. I can’t wait for Bill Clinton‘s testimony he could blow this wide open.

Connie Larsen's avatar

I hope Bill has some information!

Thomas Wright's avatar

The victims have information, yet.......it does no good.

Judy Sherwood's avatar

Lots of reasons WHY the R's don't want the deposition to be public. Likely to be awfully embarrassing... I can hardly wait...

Cary Sipiora's avatar

She is definitely smart but not very principled.

S. A. Linden's avatar

That's why they're not making it televised live. They're afraid of her.

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Likely because she has no fear of them or anything about JE that might cause her any fear. How many people might she be able to bring down if backed to a wall?

Midwest's avatar

Hillary is so intelligent! She would have been a great president for our country. She had plans for everything to help the people.

Connie Larsen's avatar

I would not want to ask Hillary anything, well maybe, cream or sugar?

Kamm's avatar

Why wasn't Boebert thrown out on her a$$ for taking an unauthorized photo of HRC?

Chicky's avatar

She should have been.

Connie Larsen's avatar

Bo is so damn incompetent! WTH! Why would Colorado elect her?

Brendan Marcum's avatar

She gives amazing handjobs in public!

Susan Booth's avatar

OTOH, maybe Boebert did it on purpose to get the rest of the meeting open to the press as Hillary asked for?

Kamm's avatar

Doesn't seem to be working, does it?

Susan Booth's avatar

No, it didn't get the deposition opened, but it did keep the press focused on the fact that the GOP is trying to keep all things Epstein in the dark.

Patrice Erickson's avatar

Not Likely she knew they wouldn’t hold her accountable

Csweetmia's avatar

Boebert ain’t that smart.

Judy Sherwood's avatar

Yeah, right! Why is she there in the first place? She's such a ditz.

Kelly's avatar

Because Republican.

Roza & Maximus's avatar

At least 2 pics that were published on X. Maybe 1 was ok because it was before, or after the main testimony. I'm not sure on that, but she definitely took & (had) posted more than 1

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Atonement for her discharge petition betrayal

Tracey's avatar

No shit! 💯

Deebo's avatar

Comer really isn’t playing dumb. He is dumb, as he has demonstrated on every possible occasion.

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Why not subpoena the files of the Epstein Estate? The island's groundskeepers, help staff, spa staff and maintenance crews? The boat captains and pilots who transported people (with or without their consent)? The suppliers of goods and other services to JE? The information is there. They simply need to have some genuine desire to find it

Maria Tortilla's avatar

That’s a great idea, but it could very well put them in danger, plus NDAs

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

NDAs (nondisclosure agreements), if they exist, likely would have been signed in favor on JE, someone unlikely to find a forum to hear his grievances. When compared with what the Survivors continue endure, what is a broken promise?

As for danger, is it greater than that of the USN/Marines near Iran? Is it greater than being Hmong or Somali in MN? Is it greater than having non-white toned skin anywhere in the US, even with proper documents? Is the danger greater than what killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti? Sometimes you have to stand up and be counted because silence moves quickly from complicity to consent. Now!

Judy Sherwood's avatar

Bazenga.

as forest gump said: stupid is as stupid does. should've had a photo of Comer handy.

Deebo's avatar

His voice drives me almost as crazy as rump’s.

Tina's avatar

The problem is, he thinks we're the dumb one's.

And he spew's bs!

Tracey's avatar

Absolutely! 💯

Kelly's avatar

Spam Bondi must be running her shredder full time

Donna Marie Span's avatar

Not allowed in a law office they always have the original they have too… law 101

Oaktown's avatar

That's good to know, except since when does our Dept of Injustice follow the law?

Patrice Erickson's avatar

Spammie Pammie makes up her rules as she goes…. She’s most likely in the Epstein Files too.

Kelly's avatar

Ha ha ha you don’t know the republicans in Turmp’s regime too well, do you?

Sue Stjohn's avatar

They are all Heritage members!

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

As she does with her mouth

Sally Hegedus's avatar

I am infuriated that immigration agents left a BLIND refugee they had picked up, who didn’t speak English and who required a walking stick to navigate unfamiliar surroundings, FIVE MILES from his home when they determined that they had no cause to deport him. They did not notify his family they were releasing him. HE DIED TRYING TO FIND HIS WAY HOME. Who the F does that?! These people are just plain cruel and evil. A lot of blood on their hands. 😡😢

Sally Hegedus's avatar

His name was Nural Amin Shah Alam, and he was a refugee from Burma. Is this not a possible case of negligent homicide?? Any lawyers who can weigh in? This is reprehensible!

Susan Raquel's avatar

Now all of the brain deads are going to have to get together to think up some lie about their horrible behavior.

Here is what I think should happen. Take the person(s) responsible for picking him up, the person(s) responsible for releasing him without making sure he got home safely and whoever drove the vehicle and whoever else was in the car that dropped Mr. Alam off 5 miles away.

Take all those people and blind fold them, give them a walking stick and drop them off five miles from their home and say you are free to go.

and I'm so sorry if you die on the way.

KCM's avatar

Absolutely shame on the ICE agents responsible for this poor man's death. Also, shame on anyone at the Tim Horton's or on the roadway who saw this man struggling in the freezing cold and ignored him. What kind of country are we living in?

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Surely your final question is rhetorical because we are living in "that" kind of country. As for all who ignored him, remember: you might be next.

Susan Raquel's avatar

Be sure to check out the video attached to the story

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Susan, I found a few articles but this is by far the most complete I read and, as you stated, the video is compelling. Thank you for sharing this important story. Why didn’t ANYONE at Horton’s show some basic decency and humanity? Not a Good Samaritan in the group (consistent with our experience with one of their stores in Maine – and surprising to us then and now as this is a Canadian source of pride). No expression of compassion or even an acknowledgement on its web site: https://www.timhortons.com/.

Susan Raquel's avatar

Reading further a poster said he made it to a porch and the police were called and he was arrested. They need to be blind folded too...

Connie Larsen's avatar

Is it Noem training?from 30,000 ft!

Patrice Erickson's avatar

ICE HAS NO SHAME They are in it for the money like Trump only wanting to be President for the Billions he has scammed out of Taxpayers and Our Government….

Midwest's avatar

I doubt he was a violent murderer. <Shaking my head.>

gail's avatar

They let Minnesota citizens out of the Whipple building out in the cold, no phones and no coats. The goal is cruelty pure and simple. And hiding behind masks lets them get away with murder.

Susan Raquel's avatar

Then there was the old man that they removed from his home wearing only his underwear in the frigid MN weather.

Sally Hegedus's avatar

I saw that. Just no humanity, no compassion in their souls.

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Without cause let alone a judicial warrant!

Susan Raquel's avatar

Knowing that many Hmong people live in MN I read that ICE was going around trying to find out where many of that nationality lived. In the process of doing that, I found that the old guy was a Hmong.

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

Concentrations of Hmong people in USA: [#1] Minnesota;; 1.79%; 105,074; https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/hmong-population-by-state; [T]here are more than 66,000 Hmong in Minnesota, and the Twin Cities metro is home to the largest concentration of Hmong in America. https://www.mnhs.org/hmong

Same for Somalis with > 40% of the US Somali population living in MN: "An estimated 260,000 people of Somali descent were living in the U.S. in 2024, according to the Census Bureau’s annual American Community Survey. Approximately 107,000 people of Somali descent called Minnesota home last year. They represented about 2% of the Gopher State’s 2024 total population." https://tinyurl.com/y5b74kfy

Susan Raquel's avatar

My Hmong friends used to live in MN and still have relatives back there. They moved as it was just TOO COLD.

They have little to no interest in politics. I haven't seen them recently to ask them about what is going on in MN.

Connie Larsen's avatar

I hope the family files murder charges!

Marina Hart's avatar

FASCIST RACIST PIGS DO THAT TO THESE PEOPLE AND OTHER DESPICABLE ATROCITIES TO DETAINEES.

Sally Hegedus's avatar

It’s just heartbreaking, it makes me cry. Imagine this poor blind man who is here legally, dropped off he doesn’t know where, he can’t speak English, and trying to walk to go home when he has no idea how far from home he is. He could be walking in the street, into the paths of cars, or he could have been in the middle of nowhere with no people to call out to. I can’t imagine how terrifying it must have been. It’s horrible that that is how he had to leave this world, so cruelly. They didn’t say exactly how he died, and I don’t want to know. 😓

bitch'nbunny's avatar

Those that left that poor gentleman out in the cold, blind, not knowing where he was should be prosecuted for murder!! F-ck ICE, FDJT!

Cindy Myers's avatar

I’ve read that the “walking stick” was actually a curtain rod.

Susan Raquel's avatar

Yes, one of the links that I posted said that he bought it.

Cindy Shapiro's avatar

Incredibly sick! Clearly, ethnic cleansing is in full effect! It is not acceptable! Every life matters! I am horrified by this story along with so many others!

Bluevanda's avatar

Just a bunch of murderers.

Ed's avatar

That’s absolutely fd. Let's work together to put those evilegals in jail.

Donna's avatar

Thank you Rep. Garcia! Where are the files we want to know!!!!!!! Stop the lies Republicans! The pedophiles need to be prosecuted! We don’t care who they are! The USA is better than what Trump and his liars are doing!

Teresa Johansen's avatar

Comer Pyle lies all of the time

DJT_1946-2025's avatar

You mean Arnold the Pig.

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar

At least he was cute

Susan Groggins's avatar

How can Lauren Boebert get away with uploading a photo from Hillary’s depo? Comer is a FOOL!

Chicky's avatar

Comer does not care!

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

Go, Hillary! 👊 Not surprised of the theatrics though, we've come to expect that from the pedo protectors (GOP) 😤

KP's avatar

Release the files NOW! YOU ARE PROTECTING PERVERTS, PEDEFILES, SCUMBAGS!

Connie Larsen's avatar

Even a president!!!

Teresa Johansen's avatar

BS I was a Precinct Captain for Joe Biden’s Campaign he is a good man

Chicky's avatar

Yes, he is. Senator Graham at one point in the past (when John McCain was still alive) spoke of him being the closest thing to God in so many words.

Connie Larsen's avatar

Linds is such a kiss ass pos! I pray he loses!

Michele Ward's avatar

Lady G is mighty worried that Trump and/or Putin will reveal what they have on him.

Louise Dover's avatar

Let's not forget Melania Trump who actually met and knew Epstein and is mentioned in the files. Hilary Clinton never even met Epstein

Chicky's avatar

She looks high in one of the photos.

Publa Mees's avatar

As homage to our first lady Melania, I had a picture of her almost naked with champagne jewels and money while sitting on the jet. Melania was there in part of the system.

Michele Ward's avatar

I remember hearing that her business agent for her "modeling" career had close ties to Epstein.

Reid McClure's avatar

Great work Ben!!!!

William MacKenzie's avatar

So, with all the bloviating going on in media across the board about Trump's State of the Union speech, only 1 of every 13 Americans (32.6 million of 340 million) even bothered to watch. Much ado about nothing.

Susan Groggins's avatar

It was so BORING, I could not watch. Had to wait for Aaron and Ben to summarize!

BJones's avatar

I had it one while I read something less irritating & had the mute-button handy.

I was watching/keeping an eye on/ just in case he had a meltdown.

I do salute the military medal awardees, and feel sorry for them that they had to get their awards from DT and be made part of a partisan spectacle. (& the 100yo MOH man looked more alert & livelier than DT!)

I feel somewhat less sorry for the hockey players, who had a choice of being there & being made pawns of the spectacle - and the poor guy who has to own up to getting a medal of freedom from DT for being a good hockey player. ("what was that medal for grandpa??")

Chicky's avatar

He does not have enough brains to be scared.

Kelvin Hobbs's avatar
