My Veteran husband just keeps mumbling around the house: "A God Damn DRAFT DODGER and they're gonna let 'em start a ground war." He is soooo... angry at this shit.!!

Linda Wilson-Gordon's avatar

Please let him know that we ALL are so angry at this shit!

Trump doesn’t give a shit what anybody else thinks especially the people he is screwing the most, the American people.

Trump is just a symptom of a very evil government known as the American government and if you don’t know what the American government is maybe somebody can explain to you that the American government are the billionaires and the corporations.

Americans better wise up and stop thinking of themselves as citizens because we’re not citizens. We are taxpayers and consumers. Donald Trump is king and we are his subjects.

If you think this government is going to magically reform itself and becomes something respectable, Trump has some swamp land in Florida he’d like to try to sell you.

Marie Herzer's avatar

I agree, it all boils down to common sense and what you see happening!

Annette Evangelisti's avatar

It has to be absolutely galling as a veteran to see this moron mucking up every single thing he touches.

Jean Conley's avatar

My husband is retired military. He doesn't say too much (about anything!) but everything the warmonger Dictator has done as far as "wars" goes, he's said a lot more than ever about this Moron's actions. So, yes, it is galling and an insult to all who serve. I can't imagine going to fight just because there's an a**h**e in the Oval Office ordering you to go to fight HIS useless and uncalled for war.

Rob Jonas's avatar

My grandson had ideas about joining the U.S. navy. I am a retired military, with 21 years of total US military service. I told my grandson in no uncertain terms that I WOULD NOT and CANNOT support him joining the U.S. military, until the megalomaniac called t/rump is gone. So far he has listened to me and I pray he stays out of the service until the t/rump regime is gone. My grandson wanted me to administer the oath of enlistment to him. I told him that WILL NOT happen if he decides to join the military during the reign of the Orange menace. I meant what I said and I said what I meant.

Annette Evangelisti's avatar

I think uour grandson was given sound advise from you. Hopefully he takes to heart what you said. God Bless America. Peace.

We live near a high school, and an Asian girl told me she was planning to sign up. I told her they don't want her and there's no future for her because she's Asian and female. I'm hoping she's changed her mind.

ramonaj's avatar

I'm so glad that most of the family I had that served, are no longer here to see the assault on the sacrifices they made for America.

Stomped on by criminals and thugs.

Embarrassing.

Annette Evangelisti's avatar

Very true. My father passed at 87 but during Trump's first term my dad would ask me if Trump was dead yet, when he woke up first thing in the morning. Than God my father isn't here to see this desecration of our country.

ramonaj's avatar

All my uncles, both our fathers, two brothers, cousins . Male and female . Would be 87 and more. A few, too young but no the less, being spared this insult. May all veterans no longer with us Rest in Peace. 🥺

More than that For context, here is a partial tally of U.S. aircraft losses in this war between February 28 and June 8: one F-35 (82.5 million), three F-15Es (120 million), one A-10 (18.8 million), one AH-64 Apache (52 million), one E-3 Sentry AWACS (valued at roughly $700 million), multiple KC-135 tankers (62.2 million EACH), 28 MQ-9 Reapers (952 million), one MQ-4C Triton (240 million), two MC-130Js (228.4 million), several helicopters (???), and more (???).

So, on just the math (given in 2020 dollars - the latest figures available to the public) we've lost over 2.46 BILLION in aircraft alone. This does not include tge crews of these aircrafts, the fuel spent to get them to their targets (or rather to BE targets), the daily maintenance costs or the costs to morale when their comrades find out they were lost.

We, as a nation, can not afford to continue this. The human cost alone is too high, regardless of the billions of dollars we've spent.

I will close this with a quote from a President who said this during his acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize (NOT a fake FIFA prize)...

"We will not learn to live together in peace by killing each other's children."

-Jimmy Carter

Given Turnip's open contempt of people who serve in the military, calling them losers and suckers and asking "what's in it for them," it's hard to understand why so many enlisted admire that draft-dodging grandson of a draft-dodger, until you remember that Fox is on the screens 24/7 at every post and base.

Annette Evangelisti's avatar

So sadly misinformed about many things. Hard to develop critical thinking skills when you stick to repeating "fake news" as a go to response.

Timothy Richley's avatar

IDK if VA hospitals and clinics and PX snack bars have gone back to Fox but I remember when they were all changed to HGTV around 2010 because it was leading to some pretty loud arguments instead of people calming down in waiting rooms BPs were getting high and people were getting very upset

Madannie's avatar

he's not alone, A F'ing imbecile maga and his criminal cabal ALSO NEED TO BE held accountable for the hideousness happening now!

Please thank him for his service, I appreciate it so much and tell him we are also angry at this incompetent draft dodger’s shit!!!

......not to mention the fact that he started this to change the narrative and deflect from the Epstein files! He can't even decide if he should call it a war or not.

Richard Waddell's avatar

Every aspect of this administration's choices is directly tied

to their desire to hide and run from The Epstein Files, period.

Who voted for the war in Iran? Nobody, so it is a criminal act

from the outset.

Steven Rosenzweig's avatar

Keep reporting, Ben. We are reading.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

Oh, I love the Musk inflatable with the "man boobs" and all 😂👏

JohnC-Va's avatar

And the ❤️Ketamine tattoo on the left arm! This is perfect.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

LMAO!!! I didn't notice that! I'll have to go back and have a look again. That's hilarious! 🤣

R Nelson's avatar

You'd think a trillion dollars could fix that...

You could put JUNIORS head on that. He got moobs!

Jean Conley's avatar

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

It'll be hard to top that one! Pun intended! 🤣

ramonaj's avatar

I have spit my ice tea all over myself. Hilarious 😂 😃 😄 love ya all.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

I made sure I'm not drinking anything 😜

Skitealwedrop's avatar

I got a big chuckle out of that. What do you think? A “C Cup” maybe? 😎

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

I agree with Jean. "D Cup" 🤣

Skitealwedrop's avatar

I wouldn’t flatter that asshole by saying he’s a “D cup”.

Jean Conley's avatar

Giggle, giggle, giggle! No way! It would have to be a "D"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

I think it's a "D Cup" as well. 🤣

Skitealwedrop's avatar

🤣 I’ve got an excellent bra shop if he needs one. It’s a little pricey but it happens to be in Austin TX. Close to his house. He looks like he could use a fitting.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

Yes, he needs an uplift for sure 🤣

ramonaj's avatar

Remember that bra commercial.." lift and separate "

Skitealwedrop's avatar

Yes. It’s the cross your heart bra. Playtex 🤣

Nickie Morgan's avatar

Too bad the nipples weren’t all enlarged and inflamed - tRump and he being such close bros.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

LOL!!! Trump would be all over his nipples!

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

The Trump regime has really underestimated the power of Iran. They think they are primitive and riding around on camels 🐪

Suel J's avatar

Lol not. The country is better educated than we are.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

Absolutely, without a doubt. Very intelligent people indeed!

Barb O's avatar

American "exceptionalism." Too many never gave up on that concept. Which is why we are here.

ramonaj's avatar

I can't believe he is in the job he has , and had NO IDEA about our history with Iran. Incompetent leadership and advisors who are worse.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

It's crazy, isn't it? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Heather Barr's avatar

If you think we could win a ground war…. Look at a topo map of Iran

Daniel Solomon's avatar

Easier to make their oil worth less.

Iran has a hard enough time exterminating the Zoarastrians and Christisns, wtf?, somehow the US is gonna succeed where even Iran fails?

Jan's avatar

Gotta celebrate Iran blowing up that disgusting D...bagDoge's stuff😂

Suel J's avatar

This did bring me some joy. About time his shit is targeted

Pam Birkenfeld's avatar

Except we bought it so it was paid for with our money. So much for that!

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

Don't believe it. I see another market manipulation on the horizon.

ramonaj's avatar

He will keep on doing it until someone one tells him NO, in whatever language he will understand.

Carole Langston's avatar

Boots on the ground again. K Island. More market shit or he just rinses and repeats.

If only Musk or any of those DOSE Douches are on location, have at it Iran. If any are AI Data Centers, level them.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

Looking forward to Iran taking out Starlink and SpaceX shit!! Whoo Hoo!

Pam Birkenfeld's avatar

Unfortunately Ukraine depends on Starlink for info on the war there.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

That's right, Pam. I had forgotten about that.

Mike Hammer's avatar

There are currently no US armed forces on the ground in Iran.

Carole Langston's avatar

I know.

He's waffling his predictable blather about it again.

I did post, rinse and repeat.

If I never hear the words 'deal' and 'rigged' again...somebody give Dirty Don a thesaurus.

Suel J's avatar

I don't believe he reads competently

Toni Russell's avatar

He can't even speak competently

Someone needs to incapacitate Trump and do damage control. By that, I mean someone who actually gives a s**t about Americans and the U.S.

Annette Evangelisti's avatar

How hard could it possibly be? I have some fool-proof ideas.

dh's avatar

Three burritos and the truth. His bowels and his brain would explode.

R Nelson's avatar

Please, no bowel explosions. At least one widely viewed video out there shows Turnip having an intestinal event in the presence of press and staff. In this one, the press is rushed out and the folks standing behind Turnip are seen reacting to a bad smell, holding their breath, and trying to contain guffaws.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fi_PcYSs9A

R Nelson's avatar

Not that there's anything "wrong" with incontinence or wearing diapers. Apparently many adults are in that boat, because of various medical conditions. The problem in Turnip's case is his infernal lying. He claims to have excellent health, gonna live to be 200, aced the cognitive tests, just put on a little weight, that's all. Meanwhile, we see the reality with our own eyes.

“The pattern here is obvious: Trump is rattled.”

Great. What could go wrong , when a senile old diaper-wearing moronic idiotic lunatic with his greasy finger on the nuclear button gets rattled? So far the military is complicit in his war crimes, despite Senator Kelly and others warning them months ago, but someone had better be ready to prevent this, because if they think he won’t do it, they’re sadly and deathly mistaken. He will. He’s out of his fucking mind.

ramonaj's avatar

Agree 100 JohnC. There are ways to stop all of this very quickly. One would be Congress needs to do it's job. Spineless, twisted, greedy little scum bags. All of them that are guilty of wanting this.

The other... more of this BS and we all , probably, die.

Joanne Gatsis's avatar

He's a deranged dumb fuck.

dh's avatar

Yeah, what could go wrong? I've seen the Animaniacs, what could happen with Wackko Yackko and Dot in the room.

"A billion-dollar radar system, gone." While families in the US are paying astronomical prices for gas and food. And approximately 2.8 million mortgages are delinquent because people can't make their mortgage payment.

I wonder if there's a growing demand in the speculation betting arena for Trump's threats to take some sort of action, then to, predictably, back-off, or change his mind. I guess that would be a sure-thing bet, per "T.A.C.O."

Mike Hammer's avatar

From the murders or war crimes of the “narcoterrorist” boats to the worst imaginable Iran warplans I’d say there’s going to be some reckoning for any and all involved. We won’t forget even though that’s their game.

The 8647 goes to a guy on Utube. I asked if I could use it last year and spread it like rancid orange hair dye on every chat I could. He came up with it and I spread it like fleas in a shag carpet. I will thank him for you.
