Personally? I believe that he is actually dead and just rotting away somewhere. Why would his wifey go to China three days after his "emergency"? Why were the ambulance attendants so slow and casual in removing him? I believe he is dead.

Several EMTs, hospital personnel at intake, whether he was dead or almost dead, all the other personnel at that hospital once they knew he was supposedly there, and even more when the brouhaha exploded…plus even if none of his faithful and seemingly mute staff leaked to the press, surely at least ONE would’ve said something to a friend or spouse or hairdresser etc!
