It is way past the time that the US Supreme Court needs to seriously consider an immediate termination of THEIR action of "granting" immunity to the current US President for his actions while in his current position.
When will they finally come out into the daylight, and hopefully see how their "Immunity" decision might be wreaking havoc on the US Constitution as well as on the US voters. Maybe.... just maybe....they'll see how much damage and impact their "immunity" ruling is - and continues to -- negatively impact our country and its people.
,,,,and we're paying for most of it, which I think should be addressed. He's stolen way too much taxpayer money, while doing things to make our daily living more expensive.
Our not so supreme court has given him immunity so he'll see no consequences for breaking the law and/or ignoring (destroying) our constitution. And he's getting away with way more than that!

So movements that are capable of having the capacity to shift to methods of dispersion, like stay-at-homes or strikes or forms of economic noncooperation, tend to be much more effective because they have the capability of maneuver when the state begins to ramp up violence against them.”

I agree with you. When executive power becomes too strong and Congress stays silent, ordinary people are the ones who suffer. The Constitution is not only a document for politicians; it is supposed to protect everyone. I also believe citizens have a responsibility to speak up, vote, and demand accountability. We cannot expect democracy to protect itself if people stay silent while the government goes too far

If the courts are enforcing constitutional boundaries, how is it that they have not even approached the breaking of the eighth amendment which forbids “cruel and unusual punishment” which is happening throughout our country in ICE detention?! Where is the court on this issue!?
Joe and Mr. Jackson, thank you for another insightful, thoughtful, and honest conversation. We citizens need to hear the message on a regular basis from a variety of individuals to help keep up our morale and support our endeavors to keep fighting to get our country back on track. I have been calling MAGA a cult for months. BTW, I'm having a new tee shirt printed with the message "I'm an insane socialist communist Democrat and proud of it."

I do not want a cadre of broken, addled, fossilized septugenarians or octogenarians that have theirs telling me what I I need or want. They are petrified relics that belong at home! THEY ALLOWED AND PERPETRATED the ongoing theft of the American Public, lied and perseverated about why, fomented unrest and the worst racism I have seen in my lifetime, and GAVE CONTROL TO CORPORATIONS!! Get them out! All of them - on BOTH SIDES. I am tired. Young people count. The media and social platforms are not telling the truth unless the source can be verified, and television news is skewed one way. Everytime I hear loud, fast, and breatless speech, I hear Donald Trump. That is my measure of truth telling these days. Gods help the USA.
We should start boycotting stores that support trump's mess he's mentioned in the epstein files over a million times and we should boycott all his businesses 😉
I don't like a felon in the White House. He has had more than his share of due process and has pursued indictive prosecution of cutizens and immigrants.
They should be targeting known criminals and not shopping for undesirable people by skin tone or accents. Racial profiling should be illegal, but the Supreme Court has let us down many times.
Masked, unidentified armed men are not healthy and just plain wrong. They can not be held accountable even when they are filmed killing people.
