Trump Attacked MeidasTouch and We Responded!!

Hey everyone. It’s Ben Meiselas, co-founder of the MeidasTouch Network. As you may have heard, the official White House account personally attacked an editor at MeidasTouch. The White House called our editor a “dumbass” and encouraged MAGA followers to go after him.

This backfired on the White House. Although our editor and MeidasTouch received the predictable hate from the MAGA cult, something incredible happened! The entire pro-democracy community rallied and pushed back forcefully against the message from the White House.

The White House apparently called our editor a “dumbass” because he posted a clip of Donald Trump being held up and led in the correct direction in a room by the Prime Minister of Japan. This triggered the White House because of the implication of Donald Trump’s cognitive decline. The White House then posted a longer clip of Trump walking in Japan—which we had never even seen before—and that longer clip was so much worse, showing Trump wandering aimlessly.

In essence, by attacking us, the White House further exposed Donald Trump’s dilapidated condition. We then pointed that out in rapid-response fashion, and the pro-democracy digital force swarmed and mocked the White House account for attacking our editor, for its juvenile behavior, and for further exposing Trump’s condition.

Perhaps in the grand scheme of things, this may or may not seem like a big deal, but I think it shows our ethos: we are always fighting. At the MeidasTouch Network, we never cede ground—we fight for every inch and every second of every single day. That’s the MeidasTouch way!
