She's presently appealing her case to SCOTUS on the grounds that her prosecution by the SDNY was prohibited by a non prosecution agreement between the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and petitioner’s coconspirator (Epstein). The government's solicitor general, John Sauer, just filed their opposition last week, which essentially says she should stay in jail for the duration of her sentence. Now today, it occurs to me she could tell nothing, or worse, tell lies implicating innocent, unrelated persons in exchange for a get-out-of-jail-free card, a PARDON. OMG, that better not happen. In my opinion, she hasn’t gotten enough of a sentence given the harm she has done to 1,000 under-age girls. Children. They will forever live with the damage that was done to them.
