Trump’s Followers Are Attacking MeidasTouch

Trump’s followers have accelerated the pace of their attacks on MeidasTouch. I recently called out Trump for calling female reporters “piggy,” “ugly,” and “stupid” in three separate incidents in one week. In response, Trump supporters dug up a post I made in December 2020 where I called Trump “Nazi scum.” Trump’s followers, including some of his top propagandists, said that since I called Trump “Nazi scum,” then I can’t criticize Trump for calling the female reporters those names.

Some of Trump’s other supporters then went on to threaten my life. One example is an account that said, “the Kunt brothers aka Meiselas will be handled soon.” Another account said, “Trump called Ben Meiselas a leftist TDS-infected fruity boy, and he was right again.” A number of other accounts made antisemitic slurs and others used more despicable slurs.

Once again, MAGA exposes itself. My original post simply said that it was unacceptable for Trump to call female reporters those names. That’s literally all I said. It is telling that this triggered Trump’s supporters to attack me and MeidasTouch so viciously with death threats and slurs.

As we head into the home stretch of this year now that Thanksgiving is behind us, it is clear that Trump and MAGA are a broken movement. Heck, Trump is posting now that he doesn’t want to call it MAGA anymore but instead wants to call it “TRUMPLICANS.” Our efforts at the MeidasTouch Network to expose this regime have worked and the resistance has gotten stronger while Trump has gotten weaker.
