I support fully your boycott idea as long as it is targeted to those who make quid pro quo deals with the administration, whether reduced taxes, tariff exemptions, government contracts, favorable legislation, deregulation, whatever the pay to play cost is. My concern is that we must remember our friends and neighbors who are own small businesses: indy bookstores, bakeries, small cafes, food carts, hair salons, etc. These business often lose money to keep employees paid and, in the best times, many work on margins so thin their noses are just above the waterline, if that. It is not hard to choose them, Bodegas, Mercados, small diners. Necessaries yes, but they have to eat, too and if we punish them with too broad a boycott, we will lose them forever.
