I think medical after 50 looks a lot different from medical under 50 in general. You don't have to be on death's door to be seeing specialists, more frequent visits for autoimmune conditions etc. However, does the public have a right to know? I would say I wouldn't automatically assume the worst, but yes in his position the white house should be more forthcoming about the visits.
